Hi Guys welcome back to my Channel! Today’s Recipe is French Macarons filled with White Chocolate Ganache.
Makes about 24 small macarons.

120g Almond Meal
120g Pure Icing Sugar
100g Egg Whites
120g Caster Sugar
White Chocolate Ganache
300g White Chocolate
100g Cream
