Fun fact: on March's normal outfit she has a strange glove that covers only 3 fingers, the reason why is that when pulling the string of the bow you're supposed to use the 3 middle fingers, and so March's glove is actually for functional use and not just style.

1:03:25 The way I end up thinking about it is; Topaz's home was a dying world, because it's people had long decided that they were already dead. Belobog, on the other had--though it has had a very hard time--has never once given up on the hope of, not only survival, but also the inevitable victory that would be the recovery of their home. Belobog held out for 700 years, and is now on the path to recovery due to their efforts. But Topaz's home went from bleak to desolate in the span of her childhood. Because no one was trying anymore.
Bronya needs to call space Yanfei. This 700 year old debt is waaaaaaay past the statute of limitations! Great story! Appreciated how morally gray it was. It wasn't just a black and white argument

@@9a_23_tyrantqiu7 I mean, according to Topaz trailer, if we consider it as canon, she covered the costs of the SU, that sounds like it was expensive, and in her character story 1 her elders were planning on buying planets for her birthday, not to mention she constantly makes deals with the IPC, I am pretty sure those are with amounts way greater than the cost of Belobogs debt, unless compound interest, then it might become a problem.
I knew I had to tune in to see the reaction to March's new outfit. Did not disappoint.

This quest was genuinely amazing, I got hooked so quickly
At first I was planning to pull for Topaz purely because of Numby, but after meeting her I genuinely like her

I absolutely adore Honkai's quests! They're so much fun and are so adorable!
I like topaz even more after the quest. Although the way she plan to help Jarilo 6 is by making it become one of the IPC planet due to her own planet is save by IPC when she small and her childhood making her believe that this is the only way, but her true intention is no doubt, this can be seen in the view through Svarog, Bronya, Himeko and the last part where Aventurine told her this project is not benefit at all.
Overall I am quite satisfied with the quest, and it is so lucky that the AE is here to help Jarilo 6.
Sides topic, there are ppl actually thought the IPC is "weak", but actually there are not to be honest, if you read the in game document in the archive, IPC actually is a mega corp which consist of emanators from the Preservation so they are not afraid of anyone actually, just that doing business always look for the profit first so as long as they found something is not profit then they choose to quit only. You can see in this quest that Himeko also mentioned we are lucky the person handle is Topaz, if is other member from the company, I think they will just send a star destroyer come.
Though it should be noted that Topaz is taking a huge advantage in her position to be helping those planets. She's a debt collector, so she only goes to planets that are on the IPC's crosshairs to begin with. So when she says she gets them the best deal under the IPC, she's not actually wrong.

If you pay attention to what Himeko and Topaz say, she clearly does her best to help the people she's sent to "make deals" with by giving them the best possible cuts/help as opposed to just steamrolling them with dirtier tactics and leaving them to their fate. She took ADVANTAGE of her position to help them as much as possible. Losing her position was a consequence of not making the deal for Belobog, but was also possible because she took ADVANTAGE of her position.
To be more precise, it's best to compare the IPC with the Arasaka, the difference is that the IPC at the very least has pepple who care about their consumers
@@darknessknows1235 When the ending Dialogue Hints that she's the only reason the IPC even came to the Planet. Adventurine said it himself. Jarilo 6 is a High Risk low Investment Planet and when She met Svarog is was looking for the Automaton Factory in Belobog to show the Higher ups that Jarilo can generate Value for the IPC.
This implies that They really didn't care about the Debt Belobog Had. They already Written it off and even if they knew Belobog Survived, the Debt collectors should be the first to know There's Practically nothing on the Planet that can pay off the debt. I think even they know most planets can't pay off a 700 year old debt with interest

HYV shoehorned Loufu because they want it to be their Li Yue but they dropped the ball

Luofu's story is so bad. Not just me but the whole fandom, Chinese player and my country too, we're not happy with Luofu's story. Belobog is definitely better.

While they became millionaires and oligarchs overnight, tens of thousands of workers and related practitioners lost their jobs and became beggars, thieves, robbers and mafia. All social welfare systems almost collapsed, and the aging heroes of the great war had no choice to but to sell their medals on the streets in exchange for bread.
After the secession of Belobog, countless wars and conflicts broke out in the newly independent states. Thirty years later, at the instigation of the IPC, a war broke out between the two largest independent countries, and millions of people were devastated and displaced...
I kinda expected a little bit that Himeko might appear, but it still made me surprised. I'm not done with this story. I only stop where Himeko appears in Belobog, but I think I know why she came, and I think it makes sense why Himeko came. Before the MC and March 7th leave the Express to visit Belobog, they first asked Himeko if she can come with them, but unfortunately, she can't, because she has some "business" to do. I'm assuming this "business" has something to do with the IPC coming to Jarilo VI. Which could also explain why Himeko has some information about the IPC, sharing it with Bronya.

This was a really good quest, if they aren’t going to be moving the main story forward every update then adding great well written quests with cut scenes like this is enough to make me satisfied.
I really liked the story quest as well, it added a lot of depth to Belobog and to the IPC. Very glad that we see Belobog gradually changing into a better place.
It doesn't add ANY depth to the IPC. We already knew the IPC were nothing but evil slavers and this just enforced that.
The IPC as an organization seems mostly concerned with making money, but it's good to see that there are still well-intentioned IPC members like Topaz who do genuinely look out for the welfare of the people.
If they were well intentioned and wanted to look out for other people they would destroy the IPC. It is an evil organization that does nothing but harm. We have seen time and time again that the IPC is full of criminals.
Correction, they care about the money that can buy materials too support Qlipoth in his wall building.
Yes Qlipoth is building some wall on the edge of the universe and the IPC care mostly about the attention of Qlipoth.

in regards to the scene with the Engine of Creation it reminds me of the Lyric in the song Wildfire (the one that played during the Cocolia boss fight): "We made a choice, go fight against your fate!", whether that fate would be to have the planet be mostly inhospitable forever or signing the contract, the people of Belobog made a choice and they are fighting against their fate!

This was a pretty good quest and it made me like Topaz even more, its also nice to get more on the IPC and how they're kind of suspicious. Just from this alone it feels like they protect you at gun point.
It kind of feels like everything is maybe less static? My biggest complaint with HSR is that they really should take some notes from Genshin when it comes to some events and characters quests, even if lip sync is off everyone's lips and bodies are moving, the camera moves around, and there's facial expressions. With HSR I might as well be looking at a still image and this even includes very emotional moments (like Natasha's quest), the cutscenes are good but there's still a lot of room for improvement.

Unfortunately, Potaz works better with characters like Herta, Hemeko, Jin Yuan. We all know their reputation. Maybe elation will have a better future if Patzo has good dmg scaling or maybe getting Topaz's LC and Eidolons will benefit.

Because at the end of the day that's exactly what happens, Topaz used her power to give them more time to pay the debt. Exact Asta could had done it instantly.

If you mean her connections, this was hard even for Topaz, and Topaz herself has much more influence than Asta, even given Asta's family, who don't even approve of what she does by the way, she herself isn't exactly an IPC director, and I doubt her family would risk some of their standing by supporting Belobog, a planet they know nothing about and have never been to, in this matter

Topaz is a 10, but damn did I get nothing but evil vibes from her this entire quest. Especially after what she did to gepi. I was worried for ma boy the entire time until I saw him again.
Amazing quest and story even without actions was intense and thrilling.

I just love topaz duality case she can be cold as ice with her buzines but then she loves animals and it’s warm towards them she uses methods that the law doesn’t aproves even if she works for the law. She is a chaotic mess that acts like a villain but has a big heart
Regarding Pela being 16 - Belabog is not Earth. Years are defined as the amount of time it takes for your planet to complete a full revolution around whatever star it's orbiting. If you assume that years are longer on Belabog than they are on Earth, it completely removes the inconsistencies with her being 16.
