I live here. I’m a frequent visitor at Lake Pflugerville. I love that I’m not too far from Austin and I’m not too far from The Domain either. I get the peaceful aspect here and then can drive 20 mins to downtown to have a great vibe. With Pflugerville having everything I need, I barely ever go to Round Rock for anything lol.
The access and proximity of Pflugerville is amazing!
Great content! I’m considering moving to Pflugerville from 78704 because I get almost twice square footage for less price. The home I’m renting in 04 valuation went from $400k to $1 million in a span of few years and rent is scaling with that.
Even though I see home prices and value increase it's still a shock at times to see how much some communities have changed so quickly. I use to live in Pflugerville and it has so much to offer even more so now than back then. I think you'd like it.
Pflugerville is a quiet nice place.
Torchy s tacos is a very great restaurant. I was there in 2019.

@@LiveInATX My grandparents from the silent generation are native to Austin, My baby boomer parents are native to Austin, my gen X sister is native to Austin. I’m a Millennial and I’m Native to Austin. So I’m a 4th generation Austinite / Pflugervillian. My grandparents are still alive and have lived here their entire lives same thing with my parents. We never intend to move. I love my Austin / Pflugerville. It’s my home, I grew up here and recently bought my own home.

How about Carmel Community ?
Hey Sarath! I like Carmel. It's close to Lake Pflugerville and to shops and restaurants.. There is also a new High School that was built near the community. I'd say the only down fail would be the power lines, depending on how the house faces, and cell phone reception;). I don't get good reception out there.

@@sarathreddy9645 In parts of the community there are electrical power lines that run through parts of the land. Really it's a preference thing. Some of my clients don't mind them and others are looking at homes in the same neighborhood that are further away from them. The pros definitely out weigh the cons.
Are pests like waterbugs and rodents a concern?
Hi Octavia. Most people do a quarterly service to keep pest away especially the mosquitoes & water bugs . Living on the outskirts of town you might find other things like raccoons, etc.
