such a clean setup Dan. My experience is water lettuce grows better than hyacinth. Also Amazon frogbit( bigger duck weed) can grow in low light and has long rot like hyacinth
Nice tubs on the racks. I have the racks, but I’m using a bunch of concrete mixing tubs(2’x3’x9”) for grow out tubs on most stuff. I have some 110gal tuff stuff stock tanks on the bottoms for some larger species.

Water hyacinth don’t do well indoors. They LOVE strong lighting.
