- Looking for a salad that is easy, elegant and goes with everything?? Start with a base of crisp, refreshing endive leaves. Make it rain thinly sliced pear (I like Bosc) and a scattering of toasted walnuts. Drizzle with a honey vinaigrette and minced chives - “the elegant onion!” Nutty, fresh, savory, sweet and ready to eat! 👍
