So Maputo is 90% about travelling by Taxi or Car? And Maputo is about a plastic cup of Beer or some Icecream? It is not about peri peri chicken on the beach, or fresh seafood, matata or cashews. You mentioned Iglesia de San Antonio de la Polana, great ... but only from outside. And Casa do Fero. That is all what Maputo offers? Did they close the central train station, the Mercado Central with all the fruit and fish, Museu de História Natural and so on? Did they ban the wooden art markets? Did they ban the music and Capulana? The clip shows a different picture than Maputo is ...

@@curious493 Dear ... did it really make you homesick to see Polana Hotel passing in a Taxi? I was/am not a local but lived there for 2 years as a child and visited again. it might give me a different feeling. I got "homesick" when I saw the carver and their wooden art, the capulana (although they are imported now), listened to the trum beats, when visited the Museu de História Natural which remained exactly like years ago, walked the school nearby as we lived in the neighborhood, when I smelled the air in Matola or watched the apes at the beach, saw boys selling Tempo ... This was Maputo, this is Maputo for me.
