Seafood is great and the sea is rich of good quality fishes.
Just come back from Maputo the traffic looks calm to what it is :) Pity they did not show the fish market where you can buy the most freshest seafood (but a warning be prepared to be encouraged by restaurant owners as you come out of the fish market to have your fish cooked at their restaurant, also by vendors trying to sell you their wares) you will also be entertained by dancers who use boys as skipping ropes how they do not get injured I will never know. Its true if you just go about your business people will not bother you except the occasional street vendor but you can make a choice to buy or not to most are polite and wish you a good day. Be aware of the sidewalks where some are quite dangerous you may even have to walk into the road but be aware of cars, buses lorries etc coming from every direction. Would I go back well this is my second time there so yes indeed I would. If you get chance to go across the new bridge take the oppoortunity it is a beautiful bridge with some great views as you travel over it

The best place to buy Brazilian hair is in China beauty exchange market in Guangzhou ,will try and get you the names of the shops that sell good quality hair that is where most of Mozambican traders buy it but if you can’t go to China yes most definitely you can buy it in Moz.
I know Africa quite well, and it's freshing to see things other than aid camps, nutcase dictators, rebels and riots. Their are a lot of issues, but at least their is a few nice places too.

Also some of the list above I've visited more than once and had extended periods I've probably been to more countries in Africa than you :)
