i am really happy that i’m watching this video, right now i just feel done, you know when you just want to be a normal person thinking? and just wanna let go of the thought? i feel relief i’m not the only, i just have compulsion so much that i feel even stuck in my thoughts sometimes but as i don’t do therapy i’ll try my best to not care anymore (even knowing it hurts) and these videos are helpful 🤍
