In this short video we'll show the history of the Dutch brand Holborn. A company that created E.T.-looking computers in the late 70s and early 80s. Unfortunately, competition was too much and the company ceased to exist after 4 years.
The HomeComputerMuseum still has 2 Holborn 6100, a computer which only had 100 units made.

Ik moet eigenlijk meteen denken aan de Jetsons. Met hun vliegende auto's een robot die er altijd is en huizen waar je alleen maar van kan dromen. Ze moeten alleen deze computer nog hebben.

The moddel actualy makes a lot of sence , as at the time many Micro fiche devices and machines looked verry simular . Quite an ergonomic design . sitting up right a monitor at eye level .
