  • This beautiful 3 bedroom home in the super trendy Miami Shores neighborhood is so special! From features like original vaulted ceilings and stunning oversized pool to an outdoor terrace in the sky this home is the epitome of unique. And you know I love unique spaces - no cookie cutter properties for me! It is both authentic to the 1930s construction like spanish tile and carved wood doors to beautifully renovated bathrooms to update the homes functionality. The perfect blend of yesterday and today.
The home is almost 1,700 square feet and featues an efficiency that you can rent separately (even on Airbnb). The entertaining features like bar area and oversized dining room make it perfect for the fun Miami lifestyle 🥂
This home was just listed by Jose Manuel Santovena from our Miami Condo Investments team so for more information please reach out to him at +1 (786) 327-7527 or of course you can reach out to me too 🫶

Beautiful home, but why would they leave the outside entrance looking like that?

That's so interesting that you say that thank you for sharing. My thoughts were around other areas that could have been improved on the inside but yes agreed the curb appeal could be a focus too. It's a second home so not used much except by the house keeper so that may be why there hasn't been much done to the outside. Thanks for the insight - I wonder if anyone else feels the same?
