The way you make it seem so easy makes me so mad but I know that making it seem easy requires extraordinary talent. I am talking about drifting, the fight was good too.
Well i dont mind the desing that much,i actually like it. The theme of denial is pretty interesting to me considering that all the rooster is actually living in denial, at least at the begining of the game, since they went through sad past events that they dont want to remember(dark thoughts= brain of darkness). Considering that the characters try to fight their past, they actually fight these malicious dark brain-generated thoughts that prevent them from moving on. Theoritically, it's a personal fight for each hero. If i remember correctly, the devs wanted us to come closer to the characters of the game, so it's fitting actually. Also, the main strategy of the brain of darkness is to stun you, something your brain does while you are trying to move on from traumatic events, not letting you take actions (melee/range damage stuns), it wont let you heal from this event since you always ruminate these thoughts, and of course, it stresses you out.
@@ng.tr.s.p.1254 What you didn't like about the final boss fight? It's definetily harder than the dd1 final boss fight for sure, especially for the unprepared. Now including the buffed chad Deacon, it's somehow challenging tbh.
@@strawberrijam3676 It just suppresses you with bullshit numbers (in the case of Deacon) or doesn't freaking let you play the game, chain stunlocking you. And, well, generally the fight is a slig, far too long
Ofc you used the blessed 33% free action shield. That thing is so busted. My MAA once had 5 attacks in one turn bcs of that. I suppose that's the only fair way when the boss can stunlock you to death.
@@thickveinysausage3062 I had a run where I had that on MaA, along with his trinket to grant another 15 percent chance of action on hit. Just spent the whole run using bolster and retribution 2-5 times a round.
You think that's impressive there's another one where she scored a fat 159 (roundabouts) - and that's without a crit. "Cause of Death" seems to apply the total damage of all remaining DoTs which means running full DoT parties gives effectively another form of Finale.
@@statisticsdragon6553 In my last run, I killed the first one and the rest got healed. Actualy, I've never killed the 3rd one first because is the hardest to reach in most compositions xD Idk, maybe my game is bugged :(
The padlock of wasting special ability is to prevent you from healing so it’s only natural his death is actually the reverse for the other padlocks, healing them for 30. (It’s the one that looks like a cross)
regular people : came to watch the brain fight
intellectuals: came to see the carriage drift

boss: why do I hear running in the nineties?
Final boss design might be pretty bad right now, but it's cool that there are multiple ways to do it that actually work.

ridiculous how it procs on the denial auto action, it even counters the stunlocks in a way

That was impressive combination of skills

Well performed! Such a interesting party and powerful combo!
came here for anamnesis + firestarter, stayed for the zoomin stagecoach
Unavoidable end, indeed.
what a great tactic, I'll keep that in mind

Those locks remind me of my poor boi Abomination 🥺
i like to think that whenever bonnie uses firestarter on alhazred she just relights the candle on the skull
I thought they are healing when one of them is down
only the healing lock does that, all the other ones give buffs

Why the "padlocks" didn't got healed when you killed ths first one as always happens when I do this boss?
It's only the third one that heals the rest when it dies. That's why he saved it for the last.
