I've been saying these words and the rest of Nishmas for almost 4 months now.
I say it near a lake in order to visualise אילו פינו מלא שירה כים ולשונינו רינה כהמון גליו and I look up at the sky when I say ושפתותינו שבח כמרחבי רקיע and I always see a few birds when I say וידינו פרושות כנשרי שמים.
The happiness and joy I have begun feeling in my heart and the miracles I started seeing one after another is simply unbelievable.
