@tedlangille lol yeah we know. Nice looking implies quality is ok. What stove is better and why? What's wrong with the stove in your expert opinion?

@@tedlangille Yikes! EGOist is a bit much lol. I just try to apply common sense and what not when it comes to pieces of gear I use. Maybe in the future start with the stating of your opinion in a more polite manner? Like yeah man I might not trust it, doesn't seem sturdy enough to me. VS saying things similar to "Absolute trash, good luck not dying". You are correct sir you did not claim to be an expert. That was a sarcastic remark on my part based on the assertive it's a piece of junk, doesn't have a UL Rating stuff. I genuinely expected some metallurgy info or something to follow vs heating a tent with a stove burner being suggested as safer because you said you hot tented. I get schooled on here all the time and take peoples advice often. I am literally not egotistical lol. But if we are being honest was not super excited about your delivery. You started condescending and ended with insulting me lol. Me and my cheap Chinese stove are only part of the issue. 🤣 I appreciate your input though and do like Coleman stoves

I have the original WInnerwell. It's not nearly as clunky but I see the price of it now is $150 higher than when I first bought it. Too bad the stove pipe wouldn't separate but for the price and working around the two flaws it sounds like a decent investment. I made a few videos of the initial burn and one where I had my dog pulling a small cart with the stove and some sleeping bags but they seem to be lost in space..good video, good alternative..

I agree. Based on the cost I feel like oh well on the pipes. I still plan on using it!

I concur! Truth be told I had a trick up my sleeve because I expected an issue. I've got a roll out titanium chimney I ordered for some tinkering. I meant it when I said I really wanted the heavy steel stove body. Even heat for cooking and it will stay warmer longer. So I'll take a Crack at it with the titanium chimney on the steel stove now!
