"He's had issues everywhere he's gone" Not true. I didn't hear any major issues in Phoenix or Oklahoma City. And although it's been a long time, don't remember anything out of New Orleans either.
9 All Defensive as a 6'1 (6'4 wingspan) is so Elite. And he's still at 39 years old, one of the best 'team defender' and disruptor as a PG (every D metrics shows it)
Like Matthew Tynan but he's not ready for prime time yet. Needs on-camera reps. To open your statement w/salary cap minutiae that isn't clear and difficult for the audience to understand. Start with the player, the fit, and then bring that piece to the forefront in a much clearer way. That's why Don immediately pulled him into the player fit portion of the convo. Actually, the more that I think about it, you don't even need that contract/salary cap detail for the audience yet until the Spurs have made those moves to build a bigger picture, so really, Tynan just stumbled. He's going to have to find the polish Petrini had.
And here I’m thinking him and lebron are buddy buddies, lakers will get him, so they finally play together.. but no the pathetic lakers don’t do nada. And still haven’t signed anybody… it’s going to be brutal watching the lakers again next season, specially to watch the f*cking nuggets, put a whooping on our a**…..
If there was a perfect veteran our young core needed was CP3. GSG!

Glad to have Chris Paul! I've been watching him since he played his rookie season in Oklahoma City with the Hornets. Big fan.
I think they were the New Orleans Hornets
@@djperez399 - Google the New Orleans Hornets and see where they played in 2005-2007.
Oklahoma City
Hint: Hurricane Katrina
@@djperez399 - Google it.

im sure the 20 games he plays this year will really move the meter
CP3 will play at most 25 games for the Spurs this year. Another Lottery Year for the Spurs!!
Leadership and Mentorship really matters for the Spurs' Young Guns!!
Why a football helmet for a basketball story? 😂

Welcome Mr Chris Paul
Go Spurs Go ❤🏀
Brain Wright needs to go
Trash pick up. He should have signed a long time ago. He's too old
You seem to think this is about winning more games next season. It's really not. This is about player development and mentorship.
@@colin1818 then they should have signed him as a coach and not a player
@@jonsmith9730 Yea, because there is zero value to on-court mentorship.
Dude, your comments are just dumb.
