My sister used to live in Wichita I remember driving past this guy place back in the 90s. The property was nicer back then. I always thought this guy had the coolest place to sit outside. I loved his benches and the idea of watching traffic go by. I’m sorry to hear he has passed on. Thank you for making his home look good again.

It's hard to see so many properties left to over grow, and homes empty with many people unable to afford to live in them! SB Mowing does an important job that cities can't even manage apparently. A big thank you!
This is exactly my thoughts. It's a shame there are still homeless people with all these properties empty and going to ruin. I don't know what the property market is like in this town but where I'm from these would be gold mines. We have such a housing shortage people are paying premium prices for dumps. I had to pay 10% over asking to buy my property.

I am always impressed with the transformation in these videos - but even more (as a resident of the urban northeast), I cannot get over how big all of these lots are. This one is obviously massive, but all of these lots are huge by our standards.

The sped up riding lawnmower scenes are SO satisfying. I bet they are more satisfying for you, though, because you were there, and know how much work it really was. Like the drawstring that cinches the top of the bag.
You do such an amazing job, my dad loved doing yardwork and his yard was always beautiful and manicured. Noone cuts my grass like my dad.❤

I stopped watching this,as you sped it up way to much. Not even fun to watch SB. Hope newer ones are slower.
@@carolepylant1015you know you can slow it down yourself. Go to the gear setting in the upper right hand corner, after tapping the screen, then tap on the gear cartoon,
Then you should see a variety of different speeds show up, for you I would think a fractional speed like maybe .75-.50 would be slow enough for you.
If you have any other issues please try to reach out to the YOU TUBE response service or whatever they have to assist people.

Wow, that was a big job. Kudos to another fantastic job. I hate those big Spruce trees that were growing over the sidewalk. Growing up, my Mom rented a house with 1 on each side of the walkway to the front door & they always seemed to have bees & wasp in them. Right then, I said I would never ever plant that type of tree & I was only 5. Have a blessed weekend! 😊

I think it’s wonderful what you do to help people and helping the neighborhood is nice too. Helping these investment opportunist that gobble up houses at auctions and let them sit, that are causing the housing shortage, might not be a good idea. Let them pay fines and maybe they’ll let the house go to someone that will live in it and be a neighbor.
