Never say you have a better alternative when you are requesting the powerful person to listen to you, because better is your own evaluation at that point since the other part has not yet heard you and maybe they prove to you that your perspective is not better. The moment you say better undermines their idea already and will lead to the other person being defensive especially if other employees are present

I think the key here is respect, and this goes for communication with anyone. I love your videos, and find your advice useful in the personal arena as well.

If we are talking Or conversation with a Person And become disagree at some point then it can be resolve by taking again Same point And by checking out the opinion given by both side its very easy for both that this point on which discussion was being continue is strictly correct according to me Or you but conflicting situation is created at some time due to Not being agree by both party in such condition always keep voice slow And try to divert the mind from that topic ...

Kara, what about if there is no declared ranks among team members and someone (old member) always disrespectfully down new members and overwhelm. "Like with an Action, You Do What I say"

This can be a problem in companies with a flatter structure or those who don't like the concept of hierarchy. People don't know where the ranks or boundaries are so they decide for themselves. If that person has been in team longer, do they have a unwritten seniority above you? Ask your team boss if you should be taking direction from that person, or not. If not, then you may need to politely remind them that even though you respect their experience in company, you're at equal level so should decide together what needs to be done. Emphasise a collaboration rather than delegation.

@@kararonin No, that person has no privileges above me. We do same work, solve same topic, and responsible for same application. After having many tragedic event I fought with this person. And this person has no shame. Now, I dont talk with this. But still being in same team, hurts me. Soon I will leave there. This is my final and inevitable solution. Because, Although my team lead is so kind, He can't do anything but separate "communication" between me and harmful person.

You can make two-three thumbnails and see, I will not charge any price for them. If you like the thumbnails, then you can give me the work.
