It seems like a healthy amount of work, but it's really awesome how you can turn materials most of us have just lying around (in the world of Amazon delivery boxes burying us.....) into a useful piece you need to solve a storage issue......great thinking! I'm sooo happy to be back and creating pieces and video again, thank you for saying that! 🥰 Definitely! Deliveries must use most of the cardboard in the world. And 50% of those probably come to my house lol. I'm happy to put some if not all of that to good use in some functional, FREE (1) furniture. Hope to share more projects soon!!!

@@CopperCactusDIY I got side tracked on the downstairs powder room for a while so have to get back to the bathroom. Have to get a new toilet seat as mine snapped the other night! Just installed a soft close one in the powder room so getting another for the bathroom. Ach Jen how could we forget you? Not possible. But you uploaded right on time as I was missing you dreadfully.
@bluecurlygirl my sister and BIL have soft close lids and I've been intrigued. You'll have to let me know how you like it. Do you find yourself dropping the lid in other places now? 🤔 Aw, you're the sweetest 🥰 Thank you so much for saying that! I missed you too!
@@CopperCactusDIY I love it and so do the cats!! They love watching it go down slowly!! I think it's great. Tip it and while it's going down wash the hands. Then even the toilet handle is kept clean because when it's time to flush it's only being touched with clean hands! Happy days. My son is a light sleeper and his room is next to the bathroom. If the toilet seat bangs at night he's awake and can't get back to sleep and he's up at 5am to go to work so it works out great for him too. It was a bit tricky to fit properly but after doing it once, it'll be much easier next time.

WoW, that was absolutely one of the coolest things I've seen. How creative is that! I think you can start a trend with that, so much of that material around. So good to see you jen, have thought of you often.

I live in Athens, Georgia & this would be a great project for some University of Ga to do for their dorm rooms!! We have humidity out the ying yang!! We had a downburst storm about 2 weeks ago that left a lot of ppl without power for 2 days!! Lots of fallen trees and uprooted huge trees!! I didn’t dare open the windows cuz so humid-if I had?!! The fabrics-carpeting included-would have felt damp!! Hope to see some more cardboard furniture!! And to use as templates for wood furniture is Terrific idea!!!💓🌸💓
