Margaret Island (Hungarian: Margitsziget) is a 2.5 km (1.6 mi) long island, 500 m (550 yd) wide, (0.965 km2 (238 acres) in area) in the middle of the Danube in central Budapest, Hungary.

I was there a few weeks ago. It's a beautiful public space with things to do and people to watch. Great place to go for a walk or a run.
