How Much International Students Earn In Australia

International students can earn more than $3000 per month while studying in Australia.
The minimum wage as of July 1st 2021 is $20.33 per hour, regardless of whether you're an international student or an Australian citizen.
But even though you get the same minimum wage and basic work conditions as citizens as citizens, international students are limited in the hours they are allowed to work.
During the study period you're only allowed to work a total of 40 hours per fortnite, which is only 20 hours per week.
With a minimum wage of $20 per hour that means international students working part time while studying can earn $400 per week or $800 per fortnite.
The good thing is that during the holidays there isn't any limit on how many hours you can work which means you can work as much as you want, even more than 40 hours a week.
Working full time during the holidays means you can make a minimum of $3,200 per month.
