We will explain it with some estimated numbers too.
Disclaimer: Please note that these numbers are for illustration purposes only and are based on a hypothetical scenario. Your numbers might be completely different based on your personal situation, including but not limited to availability of jobs, your previous experience, your university tuition fee, living expenses and many other factors.

The best video ever saw on this topic.
I completely agree to the notion of choosing university with lower costs
I chose UniSA over Uni adelaide because of tuition fee and lesser scholarship
fast forward one year both unis are merging and I would get a degree from University of Adelaide by studying in UniSA for a very lower fee. Something rare and definitely unpredictable but lucky me!

What about accommodation? Where would you be living???There is no way you will have $300+ of total expenses per week...thats how much you would pay per week alone for accommodation unless you're sharing which could drastically reduce your accommodation costs...this video is misleading....in that this should have been emphasised in the first instance. Otherwise, it is very helpful and informative vdo, especially about taking out the loans and working fulltime during school holidays.

I got my 3 year fees + ohsc + flight ticket + visa fees and 2 months of rent from my home...
So better would be to come with the fees and pay it off afterwards when you land a job. You can easily manage food, rent and other utilities bills for yourself and even can save a few bucks... But the university fees part it's just a myth.
❤ thanks for making such a great video

Great to hear from you friend and some useful tips for the students here by you based on your experience. It is indeed a challenge to pay fee studying while studying, but students will have to plan for it.

Always great to hear from you Jay, thank you. Your question is a bit complicated as choosing course involves your personal preference as well. Also make sure to check the skills' occupation list as well if that is something in your mind too. For career outlook, this is the website you need to check: labourmarketinsights.gov.au/
