Hey Ales - if you're still hanging around in Switzerland, come by for a cup of coffee (from an eversys as well) - would be lovely to meet you again! greetings from mike & dan (we met you at the mahlkönig party in copenhagen a couple of days ago! 😁)
Thanks Shell Petrol Stations across Australia. They use these. The espresso extraction is from quite ok to super delicious. $2 a cup and every 6th coffee free. Can't beat it.
If they can inject recipes they can also download yours. They have every single data and know everything about how the machine is used. Can be useful, but I'm pretty sure it hurts the customers more than it helps. Imagine the company closes, can your machine run independently? What about data confidentiality? We saw insurances using clients data from cars and medical devices to screw them. Can easily happen here. Tax control could rely on the manufacturer's data and accuse you of cheating - yeah we see you brewed 200 coffees but only declared 150 sells. - Yeah, I was dialing coffee. -No we don't trust you. So many things can happen.

I wished it didn't look like a computer.... design can be better and inspired by the past, but tech is impressive

You don’t need to ever connect your machine to be fully functional but I hear you point!
The milk module is too complicated, I would prefer Legacy more if I get more hands experience.
Do they make machines for home users
Good question but no, right now Eversys focuses only on professional espresso machines.
@@EuropeanCoffeeTrip ok
I guess you have to love coffe to work for them.🤭🤭😉
Yeah, that should be the case ☕️🤩
I will take two. 😏
Collecting orders 😉
Imagine having a café and your machines are crypto locked because you bought an espresso machine that is 24/7 connected to the internet.
Wait...what model name did they bleep out??
🤫
