It does not fly because there is no powerplant(energy source) to it and needs stabilization.because if the motor is turning to left then the heli will spin to right and it needs gyro which stabilizes the helicopter
And need tail rotor to avoid spin of the helicooter and ther is no contro with that
The helicooters mass weight is too high the motor cant fly that helicopter
