Pravus, thanks to you my I just won my a Mega-Brutal difficulty in Opium Trails using Warlord. I know it's collectively known amongst the fans to hate using Warlord, but I am one of the few who enjoyed his special ability and got through the whole Opium Trail campaign through. I enjoy watching your videos, and I hope you keep up your passion. Thank you so much. Rebel Inc. goes on.
The idea has merit and I did enjoy it, but an idea for the mod developer is to implement the loss of international reputation, by a ton, when sharing revenue with the locals. Colonial powers and shareholders were very strongly opposed to doing so, since well, why would they want less money to go to them? It would make better sense that the reputation in this case, be made up of confidence from private corporation and the Empire, which would be unhappy to see these profits go. Minus of course the oversights done with locking specific perks behind the appropriate ones, it is a fine attempt but could use a touch-up. I do very much enjoy the idea that the Coalition troops, or the Private Company Armies in this case, could not attack rebel-held areas. Why would they for example, when their goal is to protect the oil derricks? That's a good idea and it was used well, but I would think that over time, less of these PCA's would be employed, and likely should not be able to continue keeping their deployments for long, it makes it far too easy for the player to win, and far too hard for the player to lose this scenario. All in all, I'd give this scenario, "Colonial Governor", a 3/5.

Here an idea for a Rebel Inc Scenario: it should be called "Its Nuke Time" and how it would play out is that in the Military Initiatives you can buy what presumably is a nuke and the nuke can remove any insurgents from a zone and will disable that zone for a while because if the radiation and maybe damage some of the neighboring zones and the cooldown for the nuke will be atleast 5 minutes or 10 you guys can decide that but it would be fun too see how it would play out
So I decided to try my hand at making a scenario in Rebel Inc (turns out, the scenario system is a LOT more limited than even Plague Inc. In order to even make some mechanics for the idea I needed to call the national soldiers "coalition troops" since dynamic stat changes are extremely limited. There is NO custom event system AFAIK) and ended up making the "Secret Supersoldier" scenario. In essence, it's a battle for a highly unstable region that pits one quite strong unit (whose power must be customized using your heavily rationed reputation, after all going crazy would get the ethics committees involved) and a bunch of support units against an insurgency that has already beaten your predecessor. I'd love to see it played (it's my first scenario, and I think I managed to milk the idea for all the editor will allow. I had to get creative with the super soldier upgrades in order to avoid either making things too easy, giving nonsense bonuses to the "support troops", or hitting other limitations) even if it's quite rough around the edges (again, limitations).
