16:00 you can click the supply button and it will show all your capital ships, you can itemize them and also skill ups, and in a second tab you can do the same for starbases
Also I believe that if you have a fleet selected you can press the "tab" button on your keyboard to cycle through your ships in the order they are displayed in your fleet list. Hope that helps!
02:00 Instead of buying scout ships in the beginning, you should have the very first thing you build be a civic research station, then build the "Focused Exploration Policy" in civic research. This gets you 4 scouts in about 2-3 minutes of effort and you save about 500 gold and a few minutes of ship building. I also like to que up a military research station and research the military experimental design "prova jump computer" that shaves off 75% of the scouts jump drive charge up time which will likely put you at a major advantage in scouting speed in the beginning of the game. I timed it and by the first 3 minutes of the game I will have 6 exploration ships and by minute 4 they will have 75% faster jump charge up times and this has only costed me about 1k gold, 200 crystal, 150 metals. Just buying 4 scout ships yourself will cost half of that without the speed boost.
It's probably a pretty good thing that you oscillate between what's your favorite faction almost every time you play. It means that they have interesting mechanics that can be super powerful if you manage to figure them out :)
I know it's May not matter to others, but I enjoy achievements. I like the game a lot, but I also love seeing all those achievements on each game I play. Stupid to some I know, but I've been holding off on diving to deep into the game until steam achievements are added.
When I play solo I often play TEC Enclave so I can defend areas easier with double fortress. When playing skirmish with friends against AI though I always go Vasari for phase gate mobility to better coordinate.
If you can talk to the pirates early you can grab the Boarding Crew, Ship Item early and when you see a LRM Boat or Heavy Fighter grab it for free Instantly adds it to your army. I ended up with 6 LRM Cruisers before I could even research that tier.
14:58 The Deliverance Engine isn't necessarily a "doomsday" gun, but it is still something you want to take out very quickly when you see the Advent using it. What it does, as far as I can tell, is rapidly increase the rate at which their culture spreads in an adjacent planet. And given that the Advent's main focus (especially the Reborn variant) is culture spreading, and some of their Unity abilities revolve around culture spread, it is never a good idea to let them keep it around.
I just finished rushing a hard TEC less than 10 minutes ago, it took the AI 1 hour to build up a 300 supply fleet that could do nothing but run from my 600 supply Vasari. Its defenses were cardboard as well.
The opposite of the trope where the video game villain is super powerful and op when you are fighting them but is super weak in comparison when you get to play as them.
Oddly enough it's the varsi ai that seems scuffed in my games. TEC ai focuses on me where the varsi fights the advent and loses. Granted I mostly play on 6-8 player maps so that might be why varsi gets crushed
@@mace2366vasari right now is severally nerfed (to the point of despair) especially the loyalists....yes they have a pretty darn late game boost( mobile factory and portable resonance) their shield and armor are Medicare and have no access to the shield burst ( it was universal..added as a 3 way defence system which replaced the mitigation mechanics but suddenly reworked the burst as a with cap item or research for advent)
Such a good game. Like that there is so much research and how you really can’t get all of the research requiring to pick and choose. Maybe I’m doing something wrong.
Just have a starbase with Planetary shields with repair platforms, Phase jump Inhibitor and the civilian structures behind. Then place the 1slot cannons in Front of the starbase and a couple within your civilian buildings. Planet is immune so they have to Go for the starbase and raiding civilian structures doesnt Work cause you got all your def on top of it. When your trade hubs are on top of your def the consort ships will fly there and can actually Help.
@@goutam149 using garrison offensively is so fun! You just need a fleet with siege and colonizer. Meanwhile, your main fleet is going after harder targets. Run around the gravity well while the garrison was pumping out ads non-stop.
the way how you showcase this game, make it more like a 2D planning game with simple graphic. The Dead Asteroid can still be defended, you just have to get the Deploy Starbase item on a capital ship and you can stick one there to defend, load it up with armor and weapons and launch bays

I use this fleet supply once I have my fleet maxed out. It makes it extremely easy for ability upgrades and ship items.

TEC Primacy my favorite too! But it's because I always tend to like the side that deals with the underworld elements like pirates.

Put them next to Vasari and they get rushed every time.

Little tip - try to Ally the AI factions - they do that with each other too and then normally focus down a player - but not if you Ally them first ^^

having the resource gathering sped up like you do makes it too easy. Try that map again on normal rates.

With this faction just focus on capture enemy cuisers (pirate perks wohoo) and snowball hard regarding any tatics.
TEC Enclave for me but glad you are enjoying the game!

Is anyone else scared if Pravus becomes a warlord?
I do not recall. But thank you

I tried TEC and Advent but none of them can pull me away from Vasari for long. Everything synergizes better with them.
Now play in the hardest AI difficulty possible.

Fleet supply of 2000 which means in Sins 2 you can only have one fleet.
With 2000 you can have quite a lot of supply and overpowered ones too( if you focus on building missile ships)

you are only playing on medium not hard.
