There is too much of waste. The jelly is very good too. Other countries use the jelly too. Hope they find a better way to do it soon. Nice to Guyanese doing more with the land. God bless. Oh maybe you can add the jelly into the ice cream.

What planet are you living on. Essequibo is not in Venezuela. I was born and raised in Essequibo and never once thought of myself as Venezuelan. We don’t even speak Spanish in Guyana except for those who migrated from Venezuela due to crisis in Venezuela.

Its a pity the export Coconut water especially to Antigua is diluted with water. The first batch a few years ago were the real thing. From a coconut water connoisseur.
