    Having been getting better at personal discipline; after working 72hours in 7 days shift work, I managed to get my tired ass to the gym for a leg workout. Merry Christmas everyone.

    Hey love what ur doing so inspiring have a question which is really a thoery and a question if that makes sense , so my theory is the past present and future is we all know the past exsit cos ive had a shit past and that was down to me before i understood how this works so the present is know happy christmas 🎄 by the way no heres my mind boggler so if i say 2 weeks from now as a example im going to be happier so wen i get to that 2 week date which now in the present is the future date so im here 2 weeks later in my future date which now is my present time frame does the future exsit id really love to hear ur thoughts on this

      past and future doesnt exist pal... Only in your head
      We all live the present , moment by moment
      Thinking negative about the past: depression
      Thinking negative about future : anxiety
      You will have to use the past to not commit the same mistakes in the future. Just that
      Learn to block your toughts , and you will be free. Control your mind , control your future
      For me , I use pranayama yoga when bad toughts come to my mind. Give enough time and practice (the mind can be trained just like the body) and those toughts will come less and less
      also , using your past to feel bad about something is just victim's mentality. dont be like those losers , if anyone can control his mind then you can too
