I mean it's different from talking to people, when you watch a video, especially these trailers, the face tends to be not centered at all which makes it unnatural to stare at it.
I think it's normal to look at the whole body of a person. Of course you are gonna look at more interesting parts more closely. MiHoyo did the characters like that. I mean when you look at a body builder his face most likely won't be the most interesting part of his body. And I think this doesn't have to do with your gender.
i mean like that makes sense, staring at a characters face feels unnatural especially since while gaming il tend to be either looking at the text or the enviroment or just the center of the screen cuz its easy. but also irl, my eyes just naturally scan everything.

It's not that MHY made your eyes focus on Eula's assets. Rather they know that the assets will reflexively draw your eyes so they build the camera angles around accentuating them even further. Eyes go to the flashiest and most interesting things on their own. Faces, butts, boobs, glowy things, or armpits in the example above.
