I just made a roast yesterday in the crock pot. I like to use one can of cream of mushroom and one packet of Lipton onion soup mix. Makes the best gravy. Cut down on the onion soup mix if you don't want it too salty.

Many frozen dinners so Glenda can prepare them fast since she is still recovering from her surgery. The only item I questioned was the roast. It was a beautiful roast! But, maybe to big for Glenda only? Maybe she will make a big meal for herself and her family! What a delicious meal it will be! Or, slice the roast up for steaks? That would make many meals. Anyway Will, the food is fantastic and so generous of you. And Glenda, I know you will enjoy every morsel of food that you have been blessed with. ENJOY!

Many of you may not know that Glenda ( through no fault of her own) had to move to Long Island New York. This is THE most expensive place to live in the United States. Someone like Glenda truly suffers in New York. The cost of EVERYTHING is so much more expensive than anywhere else. Food, rent, utilities, real estate literally FORCE people to move. I am not kidding. Tiny matchbox houses cost over $500k. Thank you Will. I KNOW how much Glenda REALLY appreciates this. I was forced to leave Long Island in 1998😢😢😢. My home for 37 years. Born and raised there.

It's ok, Colleen. It only took me about 20 min total to get them upstairs, unpacked, filmed, & put in the freezer. And my a/c is set on 70!
