It is absolutely perfect that Dr Curry got on the stand before Amber heard's testimony. Everything she described we witnessed in some way. So much so, that all the way down to not owning the vulnerability, But simply speaking of it as though it was present with very little detail reveals itself through "the grammatical person". Every moment she described it difficult decision, or the difficulty of a situation/scenario she used the 2nd person. Everytime!

Anyone who says she's a victim is a clout chaser, activist, feminist or misandrist. These are people who are wedded to their ideology of woman = victim of patriarchy & male abusers, and woman + victim + accusation = you DON'T question them. The dirty secret about the people that defend her is that they don't want to know FACTS. Facts were what was presented in Virginia. They go on and on about assertions with no evidence presented in the UK. What makes her defenders so frightening is that they don't believe in due process, they don't believe in evidence. Many of them straight up say they ignored anything out of Virginia. Instead, they'll deny a person due process and just because the person is a woman making the accusation, facts don't matter. Think about that, the people who claim to be defending the false victim are actually complicit in perpetuating abuse on Heard's victim, and promoting Heard's continued abuse. They are so ideologically blind and mentally dishonest, they can't see it. Heard picked the perfect group to manipulate. Heard can say or do anything and they'll defend her. This is why modern activism and sects of feminism are so problematic. The intellectual honesty isn't there, and doing the right thing. . Ideology over truth and justice. Meanwhile, they're perfectly willing to victimize someone in the name of the sisterhood and claim the high ground doing it. Scary.

What part of mental illness is a choice? You must recognize that mental illness, like Borderline Personality Disorder, is not self caused and its symptoms aren't controllable. To judge her for the symptoms of an severe illness is like demanding she be well. She can't. She can't be any other way than a borderline.
Through this trial, you learned so much about the way Amber's personality is due to her diagnosed mental illnesses, and how horrible it makes her personality. Now imagine for a second that's you and your illness, and that you can't control it and you have to be that person and live it every day with no alternative. Of course she's a victim, but not a victim of Johnny. She's a victim of severe illness she can't control or get rid of. Mental illness is very sad, but I think what's even more sad is when people treat those with mental illness as though their symptoms affecting others is intentional or chosen.
I dated a diagnosed Borderline before. It was hell for me... but that only made me realize how much more of a hell it had to be for them. Because it was them, morning, noon, and night. Day after day, year after year. And they couldn't escape it. It's a cruel prison.

@@skydriver5709 Borderline is a disorder NOT a mental illness learn the difference. A disorder is when behaviour is outside the normal range as where a mental illness is a chemical imbalance. I also dated a woman with borderline which is why I know you are full of shit. They still know right from wrong. They still make choices. Dr. Curry diagnosed her perfectly, Amber went on to exemplify it in court, so unself aware first of all lol.
But to me the craziest part regarding psychologists in this trial is the much more qualified expert witness on AH's side, the "Karen", was saying the opposite of all this and corroborating her story; I mean yeah no shit that's why they brought her as their witness but let's not forget, this was a woman with over 20 years in the field, board certified, takes part in peer reviewed research on the subject and testified many many times against alleged male abusers.
Idk if anything at all will happen to Dr. Karen because real life just doesn't work that way but imagine the damage she's doing out there not only to real people but to the field as a whole, polluting good science with a biased point of view.

The more I’ve re-watched Dr.Curry’s testimony, the more I’m struck by how totally credible she is (that was merely reinforced once I’d viewed Amber Heard’s testimony). Dr. Curry went into such painstaking detail to explain the processes and procedures that she follows in her role as a psychologist, as well as making it sufficiently easy for the jury to understand. She had completely nailed Amber’s behaviour/performance in her descriptions.
In stark contrast to this, however, when Dr Hughes was giving *her* testimony, I was soon struck by how unreliable an “expert” witness she seems - she was SO immediately dismissive of Dr. Curry’s profiling methods and observations, let alone the plethora of other existing evidence and information collated by other medical professionals that she had reviewed. I have to say, I found myself getting increasingly frustrated and seriously annoyed by her dismissal of so much pertinent information.
I truly hope that the jury is savvy enough to see sense, and see through Amber’s bogus testimony once all is said and done in this trial.

*I'm the original poster and am okay with people reposting it, but it would be nice to credit me so I stop getting harassed by a bunch of random people accusing me of plagiarizing MY OWN work.*
    *Original post:* th-cam.com/video/MYscBnijLVY/w-d-xo.html&ab_channel=HaiderAli
    1) Johnny wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. Amber drank 2 bottles of wine a day, and took plenty of drugs as well by her own admission.
    2) Amber caught lying about using a specific line of Milani makeup that didn't exist back then to cover her bruises frequently, which was refuted by the company itself.
    3) Amber caught lying again about never playing a guitar, when there is video footage of her doing so.
    4) Amber has past DV arrest against her ex, admitted to DV against Johnny, suspicion of DV against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast, Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, and his ex-spouses all speak highly of him.
5 Audio recording of Amber admitting to cutting Johnny's finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie.
    6) Amber's "expert" witness Dawn Hughes:
    A) Read extensively off her notes but had perfect recollection about all the "abuse" incidents
    B) Lied about Amber having no DV history and was caught out by Johnny's lawyer.
    C) Only used male pronouns for abusers and female pronouns for victims.
    D) Appeared very personally invested in the case while strongly pushing the agenda that Johnny was the abuser (As opposed to Dr Curry, who just gave her diagnosis of Amber).
    E) Lists on her website that she testifies in court for a fee.
    F) Rolled her eyes when she was objected, and displayed unprofessional body language.
    G) Passed off her claims as fact although her entire testimony was based on what Amber told her, and not her actually being there (she also never met Johnny before).
    7) Amber has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard).
    8) DV lawyers analyzing the case said Amber's broken nose is fake and doesn't look like any of the countless injuries they've seen, and it's impossible to cover the swelling and bruising with makeup. Her "busted lip" also looks like she bit it, instead of being split open like it should be.
    9) Multiple body language experts, including one that formerly worked with the FBI and CIA, say that Amber shows multiple signs of deception.
    10) Amber allegedly got hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, and woke up the next day and made him coffee. The other people in the audio recording the next morning did not mention, or appear concerned, about her alleged horrific injuries. Amber also allegedly got her nose broken and hit multiple times (hard enough to damage a bed), then went to James Corden's show the next day miraculously healed. Hair stylist and makeup people saw no signs of abuse. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical reports in both cases.
    11) Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse.
    12) Amber claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. She even violated her own restraining order to meet him.
    13) Amber claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing Johnny from leaving and taunting him. Her exact words: "You run away every single fight." Sure sounds like what an abuser does. She also acted afraid of Johnny in court and backed away from him, contrary to her prior behaviour.
    14) Amber allegedly feared for her life, but bought Johnny a large knife.
    15) Amber allegedly hated Johnny's drinking problem and wanted to help him quit, but drank in front of him all the time. She also poured him a glass of wine daily.
    16) Amber was completely different in her 2016 deposition, where she was cold, arrogant and smirking.
    17) Amber publicly lied that she had already donated her divorce money to a children's hospital (and the ACLU, but nobody cares about them because they're co-conspirators with her). On the other hand, Johnny donated $100k.
    18) Amber pooped on the bed of a person that allegedly made her "fear for her life", blamed the pet, but later admitted it was a practical joke.
    19) Amber claimed she did not want money, but demanded 14 million tax free or threatened Johnny with abuse claims. Her friends also lived at Johnny's penthouses rent free.
    20) In the UK trial that Johnny lost, the judge had a family member working in the Sun, there was no jury, Amber was taken at her word and not cross-examined, and key witnesses and evidence that would have helped Johnny was not allowed t0 be presented (eg. cops).
    21) Amber includes a lot of redundant but intricate details, which is a technique liars employ to make their accounts seem more believable. Eg. the "beautiful parquet flooring".
    22) Amber claims Johnny abused her because he called her "Officer Square Head".
    23) Amber claimed Johnny was jealous and controlling of her roles and attire, but was photographed in revealing outfits including see-through tops without underwear underneath.
    24) Amber accused Johnny of cheating, but was caught on camera bringing James Franco and Elon Musk home at night while Johnny was away (also verified by the doorman). Her psychologist witness Dawn Hughes labelled them as intimate relations.
    25) Amber violated the Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) after the marriage, discussed privately with the ACLU (who she also lied and promised to donate to, but did not, which is karma) about how to phrase the op-ed to skirt around the NDA, while very clearly indicating the article was referring to Johnny, then lying about it afterwards. All that eventually led to this trial.
    26) Fits Dr Curry's assessment of her multiple mental disorders:
    A) Overly dramatic and embellishment - The way he allegedly beat her up was like a scene from the Avengers.
    B) Flowery language - "He was the love of my life," "It felt like a warm glow".
    C) Lacks actual substance - "He beat me and I thought oh the carpet is dirty. There was mashed potato on the wall and my dog stepped on a bee, but oops I don't remember if I threw the bottle at him."
    D) Mimicking - Copied Johnny's outfits every day during trial, as well as Dr Curry's hairstyle.
    E) Needy and needs approval - Audio of her refusing to let Johnny leave.
    F) Sense of shallowness - Facial expression changes in 0.5s whenever Camille objection stunlocked her.
    G) Externalization of blame - Never takes accountability for anything and paints herself as an angel.
    H) Deep seated anger and abuse of partners - DV.
    I) Manipulation and self-centered - Gaslighting: "Look what you made me do Johnny!"
    J) Fear of abandonment - Audio in Australia post finger accident of her crying and afraid that it's over between her and Johnny.
    K) Make a lot of accusations when feeling slighted - Threatens with restraining order and abuse claims after Johnny wants to leave her.
    L) Makes threats with legal system to keep partner from leaving - Threatens with restraining order and abuse claims after Johnny wants to leave her.

A very true analysis from Dr. Curry, especially about flowery language with no substance. It's incredible how little Amber Heard manages to describe the actual moments of supposed physical abuse, yet manages to recall nonsensical details like the type of flooring in her home, whether or not Johnny Depp ate/slept, a conversation about Billy Bob Thorton, etc. It's like she's under the impression that giving more details will always make her story more believable, when in reality it makes her less believable because they're not the kind of details anyone in their right mind would focus on if they were truly being abused. When Johnny Depp testified about being abused by Amber, his testimony was FOCUSED on the ABUSE; Johnny goes into the shower to avoid Amber but she keeps banging on the door, so he opens the door slightly in fear that she might force her way in, which she then tries to do, fakes getting her foot jammed under the door to get him to lower his guard, and then uses the opportunity to kick the door into Depp's face and follow it up with a punch to the head before continuing to berate him. Contrast that to Heard being like "so he grabbed me and put me up against the wall, and he was banging my head against the wall...and he was just doing it and doing it. Then he threw me and I skidded along the beautiful floor and I was just thinking 'it's incredible that he can do that to me, he's just so much stronger than me.'" I mean, which of those two stories sounds like the trauma victim, and which one sounds like the person who's making up a story?

    • @glamdolly30
      @glamdolly30 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

@@Balletified Yes narcissistic abusers like Amber Heard will ruthlessly exploit anything to further their own ends. The #MeToo movement is a gift for narcissistic abusive females like Heard, who masquerade as victims. Most abuse victims ARE women, so she was able to count herself among their number and automatically be believed by a great many people.
The truth, as this court case fully proved, is she's an ABUSER. And her narcissistic abuse of her ex husband continued, years after their divorce, as she branded him a woman beater and rapist - fully intending to ruin his name and his life.
Heard planned to launch an entire career for herself (in tandem with her struggling acting career), as an 'abuse survivor' and #MeToo/women's rights figurehead, with a very famous 'abuser' in megastar Johnny Depp. The newspaper article she wrote (or rather the ACLU charity of which she had recently been made an Ambassador, wrote for her), was an early promotion of her new career.
Thankfully Johnny Depp was shrewd enough to see where she was going, and that her master plan was to abuse his name indefinitely for her own self promotion as an 'abuse survivor'. He realised he had to sue her, if he was ever going to stop her milking their 15 month, failed marriage for her own ends. As his lawyer Ben Chew said in court, discussing the newspaper article over which Depp sued:
"She didn't name him - she didn't have to. Who is interested in anything Amber Heard has to say, if she isn't talking about Johnny Depp?"
It is appalling Amber Heard has doubled-down on her lies since Johnny Depp's victory, and still claims to speak for victims and women. She doesn't speak for either - because she is no victim, and most women who report domestic abuse are telling the TRUTH!
What she is, is a violent domestic abuser and pathological liar. I truly believe if Johnny Depp had not left the US for a European music tour immediately after telling her the marriage was over, Amber Heard was capable of killing him. I think we could have seen her telling exactly these same lies about his supposed violent assaults, as she claimed self-defence in a murder trial.
Johnny may well have been found with a knife sticking out of his heart - perhaps the same large knife she gifted him, with the words "Until Death' inscribed on the blade (yes, Amber was so 'terrified' of 'abusive' Johnny Depp, she gave him a knife! GIMME A BREAK!)
I'm just thankful it was a libel and not a murder case, as it so easily could have been. Amber Heard has already ended one life - she was drunk behind the wheel of a car aged 17, and killed her best friend in the ensuing crash. Chilling!

I’ve noticed that Amber recalls a lot of events in the present tense, not the past tense (e.g. “he grabs me”, not “he grabbed me”). When we lie or exaggerate about past events, our brains are also processing this new story for the first time, which is why we trip up and end up using the present tense by accident. The average listener picks up on this incorrect use of English on a subconscious level and recognises it sounds unnatural. It’s one of the many reasons why our gut can often tell when someone is lying.
Interestingly though, her statements are peppered with some events in the past tense which I suspect are true. But what she does say in the past are often things that suggest to me that she was being abusive or that Johnny was in some way suffering (e.g. “he hadn’t eaten, so I tried to get him to eat”, “I slapped him”). There is a lot that I sense she is not telling us.
