She wouldn’t try to exit the conversation compared to my heavier self. Being lean is almost a whole different world in comparison and that’s coming from being 23.8% bf according to my DEXA. Before I was essentially obese I prefer walking over purely cardio machines, I definitely got better results. At the beginning I did 2-3 days treadmill and aiming for 15-20k steps a day but now with work being busier I do all walking no cardio and am still losing. Walking a lot is the best fast loss exercise I’ve come across provided I’m in a deficit. I currently have no time for the treadmill although I should given the heart health benefits. I do full body 3-4x a week weight training and walk 15-20k steps a day

This is one of the most frustrating facts of life as a man that I've had to learn the hard way. You have zero agency over your romantic life. This is one of the most frustrating facts of life as a man that I've had to learn the hard way. You have zero agency over your romantic life. Women hold all the leverage and they are the ones who choose. The only limited agency you have, if you possess any, depend on your looks which, for the most part is genetically determined. The grand majority of men will never experience what genuine attraction feels like.
The only action you can take is to looksmaxx amap and hope/pray to God that your looks cross the threshold to physically attract a woman. Anything else like status/money/intellect/education/personality is a delusion.
Just looksmax, get a nice haircut, get a nice body, take care of hygiene, be a bit social and pray that it works out 💪 just Atleast give yourself a chance and then determine if it’s over or not

@@johnnysins1569 I've been blessed genetically with a cute face/ nice smile with dimples, and fit , toned body. There isn't much 'looksmaxing' I can realistically do (I can't make myself taller). I get 'looks'/stares from females of all ages when out in public. I still get ONLY fat/ugly/old women as matches on dating apps, it's crazy.
Depends how low you're willing to lower your standards, and how much effort you want to put in. You're not going to get a 9/10 woman, or even a 6/10 woman genuinely attracted to you, not ever. However, if you keep trying for hundreds and hundreds of average/below average women, maybe one out 100 will find you attractive.
I’m a normie and I’ve learned the exact same thing through experience. The women I had the most fun with and were the easiest to get along with were immediately physically attracted to me, and the ones who weren’t were a pain to deal with. Insofar as personality counts, it only counts/enhances your attractiveness if she finds you attractive already. If she doesn’t, it makes no difference.
It's brutal that sub5 men don't ever experience any of these genuine attractions from females...so obviously we can't relate nor comprehend

I see it like this, not everybody who gets into Harvard Med graduates but everyone who graduate had to get in. Similarly, you can meet the looks threshold but put her off elsewhere and many guys who do well have more than looks…but you first have to hit that looks threshold for her.
I thought i knew what genuine attraction looked like because i've been softcapped as a 6 for a while and I'm nice to fat girls IRL. They seem to eventually develop crushes on me that i don't want but at least it gives me something to not feel completely worthless. But I have never had any girls act like this to me via messages or IRL. I guess this is the difference between a crush and being completely enamoured with someone. What a difference.
I think what killed the dream for me wasn't the years of being unable to get dates with women, it was when I finally started to get dates with women. Over the course of a year I didn't sense any of them show much genuine excitement or enthusiasm towards being on that date. I was just part of the grind for them. The dates were fine as I made an effort but looking back on them, the results of the date were decided before it even began.

Don't bother with all that minoxidil/fin crap, none of it works. Shave your head and spend a couple thousand on a hair tattoo. No one will know it's a tattoo, and you can literally make your hairline look exactly how you want, cover up the balding crown etc. Of course the thing is that you have to spend the rest of your life with the 'shaved head' look, but if you look good that way then hey why not.
