I liked the bike check with Tippie and talking with regular people much more. You know, seeing the old units that people still rock.
We was going between a Slayer, Instinct BC Edition and an Ibis Ripmo AF for my son's new enduro ride... the Ibis won out because there isn't a RM dealer close and our LBS gave us a good deal on it along with a very nice sponsorship deal too.

Had been eyeballing AG’s bike at the Intense store, its a massive build just couldn’t cough up the cash.. The Porsche needed tires.. Priorities!!

Not to nitpick, but the whole point of standing 6 feet apart is to limit respiratory exposure. Breathing right on something and then sticking (heh) it right in someones face kind of defeats the purpose.

Having recently found Pinkbike and loving just about everything I see, the consensus myself and others seem to be at is the mentality at Pinkbike is 4 grand - 8 grand bikes are what everyone needs and anything else just isn't worth it which is disheartening. I started listening to the podcast and found this and everyone I talk to that knows about pinkbike says great content - but unrealistic expectations for most regular riders. Trying to run my Rockhopper for another 2 years hopefully before spending some big bucks on the next one or upgrading it. Want full suspension but 3000 grand for something worthwhile is pretty beefy
