I've had a quilted jacket on my to make list for sooo long, as well as a quilted tote. Went to the fabric store yesterday to get supplies for the tote and have just come to youtube to get some inspo and see this!! Will definitely be coming back to this video in the near future once my tote is finished.
You said potholders & oven mits and immediately that's a yes bc it would match your kitchen! Could also do a tote bag for groceries maybe? Maybe reupholster a stool or something with it? Or maybe make a cork board with it to go on your fridge or add to your gallery wall!
Ahhh it came out so well, such a cute contrast to your dark aesthetic!! I also think a mini skirt with matching heart pockets would be sooo cute and maybe even a matching purse, heart shaped with the same white lace as the pockets!!

A skirt maybe with like a heart at the end of the skirt going around the skirt or maybe a fancy skirt and heart at the end of the skirt going around it
I quilted a cushion case with scraps and it was fine until I found out that in the first three scraps I had put them in the wrong order and the symbol that I was making was wrong so I had to just take everything apart which took me longer than sewing and sewing everything again trying to use the same scraps because I didn’t have enough scraps to just do a new one… It ended up cute but it was a pain, and I didn’t have a foot to stitch in the ditch and I sewed everything turning the lever manually in the machine to make sure I actually was making the stitches in the ditches when putting everything together… beautiful but won’t ever do it again… at least not how I did it haha
