Thanks, Charlie. My husband used to pound on the table when we would have one of his favorite meals. His mom taught me how to make Italian pasta with cannellini beans and tomato sauce. She also taught me how to make an omelette with cheddar cheese and onions. That was probably his favorite meal and now I am crying.

Just saute' the onions until a little brown and carmelized and add the slices or shredded cheese, let it melt and add scrambled eggs with seasoning. You know the rest...flip it and brown the other side. Make sure you oil the pan first, so nothing sticks, which you probably already know also. lol

Well done. I’ve always appreciated the narration in your videos in terms of how you give step by step, detailed instructions. Looks Awesome Charlie ! I wish I had this recipe a couple months back, I`d love to try it using tangerines. I wondered what a key lime pie would taste like using tangerines, it came out tasting like caramel instead of orange. I had made a couple of them they were so good.
