Njan cheyyarulladanu so iniyum parayatha tips paranju tharam 1. Pappadam oil brush cheythu heat cheythal fry cheytha di pole erikkum. 2. Potato masala add cheythu 2,3 tsp oil add cheythu 3.00 min oven cheythal potato fry ready 3. Cocunut in freezer defrost just for 12?sec only also chicken in freezer u oh f I forget u can defrost in microwave to make curry leaves powder just put in microwave for 15 Sec and can store in container if idly batter didn’t ferment on the microwave light and next day vll ferment.7 if u vnt to fry coconut pour little oil shredded cocunut keep for seconds it vll fry in apt here they even fry fish in microwave thanks da thank u may god bless u

Hii shirin, regarding the pots, u can use most of the glasswares... still u need to check if it’s microwave oven safe... in some glasswares it’s written that “microwave safe”.... do not use steel or aluminum or foil paper etc in the microwave oven... then u need to control the temperature by using the temperature knob... tell me what else u would like to know , am more than happy to assist.. keep in touch
