Is acne a part of the detoxification process? I have been going through my Spiritual Journey since 2021. I am now down 45 pounds through intermittent fasting and changing my diet. I have never had a problem with acne, except for when I was a teen and even those were few and far between. All of a sudden, now I am getting acne (not bad, but in places like my jaw and side of my ear. It's very strange. Thank you for the content! Namaste 🙏
Purging, hormonal changes as well also can be more sensitive funnily enough to gluten and wheat and lactose unsoured milk products the latter things can also be connected to chemicals, heavy metals etc to which the body is basically going f...no. Don't want that.
