That lca bolt doesn't look like it threaded all the way trough. Usually they provide a longer bolt to use to account for the spacer behind the subframe.

Nothing really has to come off. You can keep the wheels on. Just remove the innermost bolt that holds the LCA in. He didn't need to use the last bolt he put in because if I remember correctly, that bolt is only used if you have a rear sway bar.

Was the main bolt able to go all the way through the control arm and safely secure it ?
Did you have to get different size chassis bolts? The ones I have aren’t long enough anymore with the subframe.
