Continued.. but "Attitudinal Skills" are easily taugh and are a fundimental part of Benjim Bloom's Taxonomy, particularly when conducting KSA. From my extensive and successful career in training I can assure you attitudes can be trained. I could go in to greater detail, but I'm not sure that you would welcome a detailed explanation.
Very Cleary explained. I have checked several videos on TNA but not as complete and clear as this one. Please do you have any video on curriculum design?
Garry, your response, "So attitudes can be trained? Can you expand upon this and tell me exactly how? I ask this because you don’t appear to know very much about this subject. You reference Learning Styles which as anyone with any grasp of this area recognises is a defunct concept that has been proven to be devoid of any veracity and not based upon any research worth a damn." Interesting yet naive reply; I cannot quantify the context I had used Learning Styles as my post is no longer available.
I got the impression that attitude was seen only as a negative from this clip and was as a result of poor management or leadership. Attitudinal skills are something that are very important and can be trained. Looking at personal drivers profile and learning styles can be instrumental in identifying why there is a perceived attitude gap.
Beautiful effective communication. Thank you.
