That's an overtone! Basically, the note E you hear that is played on a midi piano is constructed out of multiple waves, most of which are just the base E that you're supposed to hear, but other ones are also part of the played sound (which ones differ per instrument, and give every instrument its own sound quality). If those waves stack (for example because a note is played very very in a very short amount of time), then those other waves will become more apparent, which happens to the B here! I hope this makes sense lol, otherwise just lmk
as the other person mentioned, it's an overtone. every time you hear an instrument like this, there are overtones, and there's actually a very easy pattern. when you get the frequency of the overtones and find their rario, you get 1:2:3:4:5:6:7:8:9:10:11:12... and that 1:3 (or 2:3 since 1:2 is an octave) is a just perfect fifth (i say "just" here since our tuning system that divides the octave into 12 notes is actually slightly off pitch.)
