Fantastic to watch this person with such skill at rolling out dough. Every disc the same thickness and diameter. This video makes it look easy but it isn't. Takes stacks of practice. Noted many people commenting that this is an easy recipe. Recipe , yes. technique, no. They look delicious. Thank you.

True!! I tried making mine 2 days ago, they came out fine, but I had quite a hard time separating those stacks.. I wonder if I put enough oil on them before stacking them up..

I think this is the best method since no pastry gets wasted compared to the rectangle one in which borders needs to be cut away. Although no sound, everything is understandable and directly to the point. Thanks a ton for this video.

First making samosa , i watched this video on monday and i made the samosa sheets your way. I must say i was lucky to came across this one. Because sunday i made some sheets as well and hmgues what 😂. Yesterday i couldn't use the sheets i made on sunday, they were still soft but when i fold them they were cracking. Then i remember i made other sheets on Monday, . I am grateful because the sheets were perfectly 👌. And none of the sheets cracks. Thankyou for this recipe. Am thinking of making more samosa sheets from this you recipe. I am really grateful. Thankyou for sharing 😊
