I never thought of just making these my self but vegan by just replacing the minced beef with an alternative. I'm excited to try these out and see if they could compare to my mum's recipe.

This is a long method, pre drying and putting 2 sheets together. My mum made the circles and cut in middle and done it without cooking the sheets. Then fried it after stuffing it and sealing. Looks nice though but time consuming.
