Clever!!!! Simple and easy. Thank You!!! I’m a serial knitter for 30 years and I starting knitting socks and your channel help me a lot
This video helped me so much. I have watched so many videos trying to really understand kitchener. You simplified it, and I think I actually have it memorized! Thank you! Also, your vanilla socks dk version, just helped me make first perfect matching pair of socks! All my other socks had mistakes.
Oh my Gosh! I LOVE this! NO more Dog Ears! Thank you!!
Very helpful tip. I will be trying this on my next sock and mentioning your video on my channel's next video. Thanks so much!
Absolutely the BEST tutorial for showing how to Kitchener stitch the toe of your socks! Thank you, thank you, thank you ❤️🧦🧶❤️🧦🧶
Life changing Kitchener technique!! Saw this link recommended on the Rhinebeck Roomies pattern and had to give it a go! Thanks Kay, another stupendous video 🎉
Soo simple and easy thank you!🤩
I did the Kitchener on my first sock for sock camp and it’s perfect. I’ve never had my Kitchener look that good. Thank you so much for this tutorial. I always know I will learn something in your tutorials.
Yay!!! I’m so glad this helped!!! 🎉❤️🧦
Thank so much. Now I also got the rhythm in my mind. :) I guess it also have to do with how sympathic the voice and person is on the video to understand fully :) So yes, this was a big compliment to you :)
Thank you!! ❤️❤️❤️
THANK YOU VERY VERY MUCH! ❤ You showed me very clearly how to address that final stitch from the front needle! Other videos I watched left me kind of clueless, and the left hand end looked awful.
Great tutorial. Thank you! I’ve watched several but yours makes the most sense. -Amy
Thank you so much, Kay! I did the Kitchener stitch many many times before but I always had troubles with my 'dog ears', even after seeing a few tutorials. Now it's finally clear for me. Thank you! ❤️
Oh this made my morning to see this! I am SO happy that it was helpful! ❤️
Kay, another clear video for a process many dread. Thank you. I was especially intrigued by your handling of the last two stitches. Can’t wait to try this.
You start with a knit on the side where the knit stitches face you and start with a purl on the side where the purl stitches face you. Brilliant. That solves most of the problems I have when sewing this seam. THANK YOU !!
Hi there, I just started knitting . I was confused on this kitchener stitch, this video was a great tuturial. You are the beat. Thanks
Thank you SO much! This worked perfectly and I had no ears/flaps for the first time ever, whoohoo! 🎉
Thank you! I rarely knit cuff down but when I do I will definitely apply your technique.
Oh my gosh thank you!!!! I so wish I would have watched this for my second sock after a workshop. The one I did at the workshop looked great but on my own...YIPES!!! Thanks again!!
I finally got the kitchener stitch after watching this video. I was ready to give up and now I have finished my first sock! Thanks!!!
This was the best Kitchener stitch tutorial I have seen. I think I have finally got it straight in my mind. But I will probably have to review it again the next time I knit top down socks. Thank you.
Thank you so much!
After 3 try’s on the toe last evening, I found your tutorial and your teaching worked. Thanks.
This is such a good video for a relatively new sock knitter as I am. I especially like your last instructions about finishing the last two stitches. Thanks!
Oh My Goodness!! Thank you!! This is the most perfect toe closing kitchener I've ever done. You are a genius!!
just finished my first pair of socks and this made finishing them off very easy, thank you :)
Wow...great tutorial! You made it seem really simple. Thank you!
I’m so grated for this tutorial!! For the first time ever I’ve been able to finish a sock without it looking like a hot mess. I can actually knit socks as Christmas gifts now.
Thank u very much, this gave a very neat finish to my socks ❤
Never liked the dog ears. Thank you for the simple solution!
Great solution for the dog ears!!!! Thank you 😊
Super clear explanation! Thank you!
Best demo on Kitch. I’ve seen. Thanks
This was simple and easy to follow. Thank you, I just finished my first sock ever!
Yay!!! Congratulations!!! 👏🏻 🧶 🧦
So excited for you new ideas!!
Thanks Kay, I think that is the most clear and realistic approach to Kitchener I have seen, what a great way to finish off neatly. Thank you!
So happy that you found it helpful!! ❤️❤️
A great tip to stop the dog ears!
Thanks Kay! This was great! I always have those loops at the end and it drives me crazy. 😊
So glad this was helpful!!! ❤️
Thank you! Would also like to see how you weave in the ends of yarn. 😀👍🧶
I have a tutorial for that here: th-cam.com/video/DOZuXzCvsO0/w-d-xo.html
Great video and easy to follow. Do you prefer toe up or cuff down? I think my next sock will be cuff down. What pattern is that sock?
I prefer Cuff Down Socks. It’s just what I enjoy more. The pattern is the Campfire Socks : www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/campfire-socks-3
Crazy Sock Lady thanks.
Loved that!!! Do more!!😃
Thank you. This is one of the best Kitchener tutorials I have seen.
Thank you so much! ❤️
