Making watercolor with eyeshadow is a neat technique I watched. Like having the option of reusing what you have. The Frugal Crafter channel has great suggestions using Dollar Tree eyeshadow.
I love the way you speed up the mixing parts. This way, people can watch it, but it doesn't become tedious. Very good. I also like the idea of using gold leaf and eye shadow to color. I've heard of this but never seen it done. Thank you!
Perfect for expired makeup eyeshadow wise. Like that a lot. Of course I've commented before I've rewatched the video a few times and still love it. Finally getting around to using translucent clay and I love ultramarine. Just a great testament to the video your technique I'm back.

I'm trying to marble yellow with translucent but when I put in pasta machine it's not marbling it just looks like different square pieces. Also Will it still be see through if you fold it and run it through multiple times?

I've seen others do differently. Also, how do you attach your earring backs? Do you use super glue or resin or another method?

My pleasure 🥰 I personally use it just for the aesthetic of it. But resin is great to use if you want more durability to your pieces as well. I also like to use water based polyurethane. I will keep That noted 😊

I need some help :( after I run the slab through the pasta machine in the thickest setting, the clays starts falling apart and there seems to be many cracks in between the slab. I’m not sure why is this happening please help me 🥺

I have done this before and after baking I have added Mylar flakes on top and then topped with resin and they look like faux opals.

My pleasure! 🥰 I usually do mine in an old oven with a top heat and no fan.
The only way to figure it out is to bake samples and see.

What kind of base should we use while using the clay so that it doesn't stick?
I use a ceramic tile.
Is it safe to bake alcohol ink based earring in a home oven where food is also baked in . Obviously not at the same timelol

question...if i dont have the uv light, how long do i wait for it to be completely dry with the uv resin?
Uv resin needs uv source. You can always use sunlight ☺️ it works really good if you left it for couple of hours on a windowsill

Why do you bake for an hour instead of 30 mins? I was thinking it would burn if you left it longer?
How long do you need to leave it in the UV lamp?
Depends on your uv light and the resin you use.
