Fun fact: Jack Nicholson didn’t wanna play the Joker at first, so to get him to accept they teased Robin Williams with the role and he said yes. So they told Jack Nicholson that Robin Williams would play the role if he didn’t, so Nicholson accepted.
So they just used Robin Williams as bait essentially, which is messed up 😞

so he took a paycut of 'only' $15 million, plus a cut of the box office,
plus a cut of the Joker merchandise money
so, since 1989 from the one role, Jack Nicholson has bank $90 million so far,
which will probably never be broken
which shows how huge this movie was

In this, and most iterations of Batman, the Joker doesn't paint his face. His skin is bleached from his drop in the chemical bath.

happy batman day, you might like the sequel , batman returns (1992) in 1940 orson welles was going to make a batman movie , but he got fired for making the movie citizen kane, which made fun of a real guy at the time, and he also made a radio show, war of the worlds, about an alien invasion, but people thought it was real and it caused a mass panic, so he never go to make his batman movie, but someone made a fake trailer on youtube for Batman 1940

hey. we love the enthusiasm behind the MCU and trust me, it is definitely on the way and in release order. Right now we're just building the foundation and getting to know the wonder of movies before we tackle such a saga. This is so it can be fully appreciated in all it's glory.
