Great Video. I love how you made it look like you were struggling to take the screen off. From the video it looks like it was already removed. They do not come off that easy.

Cuesta un poco quitarle la tapa que cubre la pantalla, porque hay que darle bastante calor y meter la pua o palanca entre el plástico y la gomita que rodea al Ipad, pero con un poco de paciencia sale igual que en el video. Looks to me like this is already disassembled prior to the video-recording to make the demonstration uninterrupted and with no surprises so audience don't get deviated or lose interest or something. Appreciating that fact, it would also be nicer if you could post another video while you are doing it live for the first time to share a real-time experience outlining the care to be taken at each move. Thanks for this video, though.

I got the repair tools from Amazon, the shipping from Etrade was ridiculous (more than half the price of the purchase) - and that was for standard shipping. All of the tools can be found easily on Amazon - and cheaper.

How do you put the Glass Screen back on? Is there still enough residual adhesive to make the glass stick? What do you use if not?

Great tut. One question: my digitizer is intact, I only need to replace the LCD display... Will I need to apply new adhesive to the glass when I put it back together or will the adhesive already on the screen be sufficient?

Hi if you replace the logic/Motherboard in the ipad on a activation lock device will it fix the issue and make the ipad useable and lift the lock ? Please respond back need help
