You said it man. Don't over think it. Show us you having fun in the beautiful areas you're in. That's what got us here and that's what is going to keep us around for many, many years to come.
I love this channel because of you, Shaun and guys like Mike. You guys have the best attitude no matter what happens. Always a good day out on the trail, in the wilderness and with friends.
I don't think there's any denying your cinematography is an A+ and a huge part of why people watch. But, as someone who has a diesel JT in my carport, drove 1500 miles one way out to CO to overland 13k+ ft peaks and awesome trails, and is taking my 16yr old son out there this summer all because of your inspiration, I can say its your story telling, your making it accessible for others, and showing that we can share that with others at a human level that brings it all home. Just be you man, share those stories, keep inspiring. We will all be here to watch it all each week. This is some of THE BEST content on TH-cam already... PERIOD.
I just found this video and make me smile for no reason, I wish I also part of this journey, for some people you will find happiness, I lost in live, I lost in love, I lost in Family, I lost in every single aspect, I feel lost and empty, this video make me happy, thank you and thank you again…. You are great gentlemen, great video, Thank you 🙏🏽
The places you guys go, and the scenery you see! WOW! I am a 64 year old widow, and as long as there were strong young bucks like you guys to handle the "heavy lifting" it would be a dream come true to be riding along!!! Breathtaking. And whoever is running the drone does an amazing job.
It's easy to say "Don't overthink" but please don't. You're making amazing and incredible videos. They don't need to be 1000%. They are absolutely top-tier nonetheless. Just keep on doing what you want to do. I love watching these, thank you.👑
Shaun. I've watched you for a long while. Even in your early videos, you always had a knack for storytelling with minimal words. The views you share and the look on your face speak volumes. No need to seek perfection. Be yourself. Be authentic. The results will speak for themselves. If it feels right to you, it is right for all of us.
Overthinking it? No chance! TSTN videos are soothing to my soul and help me escape for while every time a new one is uploaded. Keep doing what your doing bro!
My work van is in the shop. The rental company put me in a 2024 jeep rubicon with 68 miles on it. After watching your videos all the time I was absolutely gitty to be driving in it. My wife keeps trying to keep me grounded…it’s a rental baby haha. I’m in love with this thing
One simple thing that your vids have conveyed to me. It is just absolutely amazing what a well equipped 4WD is capable of doing. The places it can take you to...
thanks for the distractions man have the worse time of my life with things going on and seeing your videos are helping a lot thank you for what you do.
full send. snow wheeling is a thing. Living in Utah...scares me a bit. but your videos are real and beautiful and people should really appreciate the challenge of snow wheeling. thank you.
I wont tell you how to do anything with your videos,, that would be absurd. I will tell you why we are all here, It's because of you, Shaun. You are a true artist, you bring things to life. We're here to see you, what you create, the personalities you bring on your channel and all the other amazing stuff. Sure, some videos are better than others, and some are insanely epic, but that's, THE STORY TILL NOW. We love you , don't overthink it man, you are amazing and share amazing content. This video was awesome!!! Ps. Mike is a awesome character, super cool guy.
Just got to say, just be u if it be taking your daughter camping , going to the states on a epic journey or just going out with friends on little trips . Just remember we all want you to have fun & succeed !
Exactly don’t overthink it. Me personally like the ‘go pro on the roof views’ drone tracking especially if there’s more than one vehicle, the comradely around camp and just the chill attitude and atmosphere you bring. 🫶 your content
Shaun don't over think it! The content sells it self. Your videos inspired me to buy a jeep in 2020, and I've been modding it ever since. Your videos inspired me to explore BC, as a result, I have been to some amazing places in our backyard. Just picked my new bumper and winch this morning! Perfect timing for this video to drop and ride along on your epic adventure! Keep up the great work. PS. Mike is a savage - his license plate is epic, 'HILBILLY" lol!
I love Alberta and lived there in my early twenties… it’s great to see that area of North America featured in an overland video series. Great job Brother and thanks for sharing - Jordan Patterson
Every year, every month in the winter this trail changes. I went here last week of March, had absolutely zero issues with a modern Landrover on 32inch tires. Fast forward to whenever you went, and snows deep enough to swallow tires higher then my hood 😂
And can you please turn down the volume on the music by 80% it's obnoxious. I had the mute turned on for most of the video. The music is unnecessary in 90%of the video
Thank you for being yourself in your videos Shaun! It makes them more your own and more unique and thus more fun and interesting to watch. Keep up the good work!
Awesome video as always Shaun. Wheeling in the snow makes it that more of an epic adventure. Thanks for letting us ride along with y’all on y’all’s adventures.
You guys are driving right where my buddies and I did our expedition this past September. Over1000kms through the back country and tracks of the rockies, including Moutain Park, Abraham Lake, Norquay lookout and Ghost PLUZ. Gorgeous country out there. Looks phenomenal in the snow!
This dude has single-handedly shamed me. All the times I've been to Vancouver Island and stuck around Tofino instead of heading into the interior...and now this. I don't even have kids and he gets out more.
I know and love every inch of that trail, been exploring there for 20+ years. Lots more in that area for you to showcase with your wicked photography and video!
Wow! To me, this is the best video from you that I have watched in a while. This is what Shaun “TSTN” is all about. Everybody can hit the trendy scenes like Moab and stuff, but this is the real deal! I watched it twice and enjoyed every second what a beautiful place and Mike and Kevin are bad ass✌️
Man your videos are a cut above all the others and this one is my favorite of all of your videos. Rock crawling is cool and all but this crushes all that. Also, that LJ on 42s is so sick.
Thanks for sharing this amazing adventure. I understand overthinking things, and honestly, your videos are great, all of them. You're a great inspiration. Thank you!
I spent 25 years in that area. Going to Ruby Falls used to be a challenge back in the 80's because of all the Muskeg, but well worth it. Thanks for sharing this, it brings back memories as I haven't been there since 1990 or so, but it all looks the same, big rugged mountains !
Shaun just do you and keep doing an amazing job that you are. We are all getting to live through your experiences. Love all your content and I’m sure I’m not the only one that thinks this way. So just enjoy it all don’t worry about anything else. Brent 👌
The first time I did this trail I did it one day. Wetaskiwin to there and back was 18 hours of straight driving for me, minus about a hour at the end of trail for lunch and to look around. 🤣🤣🤣.
@@assassincrab17 sorry Shaun doesn’t give out locations of the trails and I won’t on his videos if I know. Buy a back roads map and start looking. I’ve found so many trails that way. There’s plenty of trails around the Hinton area.
Sean, There is so much to love about this video! The clip of you explaining tire sizes is priceless.....you just being you! You seem really at home! Keep it up! and BTW.... I thought I was watching a National Geographic multi-million dollar special! I felt it! Michael
New subscriber. Very curious about the upgrades you made to the Wrangler. Have a base model that we were deciding what to do with and this gives it a whole new life!
Great video as always! For whatever reason, I just can't seem to get past the new front grill of the Gladiators and Wranglers. Maybe if it was an all Satin Black Grill.
Been with you few years, you got the photography, music, editing down fantastic. If you look at other off-road adventure YT'er's, they tend to drop a small cooking show in, or have drama with broken parts, wheel in some sketchy situations or they are rescuing people. The "adventure" YTers that do a kinda guide to areas usual wheel where a Geo Metro could go. You are more of "Off Road Eye Candy" YT'er, where you grab the fantastic landscape with unbelievable shots with some real good off roading... Only other person that I know that gets close to that is "Wayoflife", but he gets on kicks of equipment reviews that get kinda dry. Stick to what you're doing, I like your history inserts, wouldn't be bad to drop in some recovery, off road driving, camping essentials / lessons more often. When I watch your "style" it's like I'm reading from an adventure diary.
Man it's been a dream to wheel with you one day , and has been for years 🙏 this is so close to home for me ! Literally 2hr drive south of ruby is where I live
Great content man, been watching you for a long time, almost never miss a video. I do wanna share one thing though, the fast music doesn't go well with those beautiful views imo. Like the river crossing in the middle of the video, it would be better off without the music, the sound of the river, jeeps roar, it's just perfect without music. I am a huge fan of that slow music you put in your videos along with your voice over, that has an amazing vibe. Again, great content man 👍🏼
You said it man. Don't over think it. Show us you having fun in the beautiful areas you're in. That's what got us here and that's what is going to keep us around for many, many years to come.
The most cinematic off-road content on TH-cam! Another banger! Thanks, Sean!
Your buddy mike seems like such a jolly wholesome guy. Always positive and just loving every minute of these adventures with you.
I love this channel because of you, Shaun and guys like Mike. You guys have the best attitude no matter what happens. Always a good day out on the trail, in the wilderness and with friends.
Shaun in a big ole parka, Mike in shorts and his Wrangler with no top - Classic!

The grandeur of the areas you get back into are the literal definition of awesome.
Don't over think this - what you do and how you present is why I watch your videos!

This is the kind of stuff I like to see! Way to show us how Canadians rock their adventures! You got it made out there! NICE!
Fun. I'm just always nervous about going out in the snow, unless I really know the area. I guess Mike does.

Warren Miller ski film vibe. I’m an old guy and was pumped to go and see his new movies at the beginning of very ski season.

It’s been more about the truck and not the adventure for some time now. Glad the story is more about the adventure this time.
