Set fire to your air cleaner. Even the end that's bolted to the tractor. (Obviously, take it off first) Then blow out with an airline, repaint the airfilter housing, and refit to the tractor. It is a common enough practice. I was taught this method at agricultural college 45 years ago.

You can get reproduction ones from the bigger tractor parts suppliers, there were some available on Ebay for a while.
Ours doesn't have that here in the uk
How do you clean the gorse steel filter and what with ?
I ended up soaking it in unleaded fuel then used an air compressor to blow all the much out. Took a few goes and made a mess but worked well for me.

@LMBrown3900 Just a thought. Make sure to take off the rubber seals that connect the oil bath to the main filter body.
