I don't know, why only non youtubers gamers gta 5 crashes and i reinstalled the latest version of every anti crash game files gameconfig,heapadjuster, packfilefile limit adjuster correctly again and again but still crashes

Unfortunately, after the GTAV latest update patch, every time I press F4 for the native trainer, it freezes the game in just seconds and crashes. Not to mention the fact that I have an ultimate garage mod for Story mode which you can store your cars as many as you want. It stopped working and responding every time I turned the GTA V game on. I tried to fix it and find the issues but I can't.
