Another thing you can do is swap your phone with your bible, so during times when you would use your phone to waste time, you could turn off your phone & read the Bible instead! I recently overcame a Idolatry of a crush who was a content creator and I was idolizing marriage simultaneously. I'm glad God gave me conviction. Because that persons content was ungodly and they're friends were "believers" but were lukewarm and the content creator that I liked was Hindu. So that was an automatic NO from the Holy Spirit. God gave me the gift of Celibacy (singleness/staying a virgin) marriage actually isn't God's plan for me but the church idolizes marriage and doesn't really preach it as a gift, because it's not promised. And so I feel "left out" knowing it's not God's plan for me. With God I'm never left out. God gave me the gift of Celibacy and I am still a virgin. Praise the Lord I am content with that with HIM ❤
