Got a confession; I do exercise & snort yelo periodically & got a photographic memory of all my beautiful Xs as if It happened yesterday. I did go thru there lusting on models whom resemble my Xs, I did attempt to MANIFEST my future wifey, (maybe delusional, studied ESOTERIC while in Texas penitentiary).

I'm a guy and I struggle with lust especially for a strong desire for a girl in an immoral way. I struggle with m*sturbation and I'm bringing this into the light. It's been hard ever since I quit looking at p*rn. I did it all these years because of the idea of s*x and I need to give it to God with the right motives. It's been hard because I've liked many girls in my life but I never pursued any relationships for a good reason. I craved the things that the world loves but I can't serve two masters. I'd rather serve God and guard my triggers rather than open doors for triggers. I still do like girls and I desire to be with someone someday. I really want to overcome this issue. Prayers 🙏

Keep people you trust around you! Especially those who have a strong christian walk who will help you stay held accountable! That’s the true character of one believer to the next! Also another thing that is helpful is blocking search engines or whatever it is that you usually try and get access to. Praying for you. Staying connected to the body of Christ is key! I struggle with lust. I constantly fantasize about what it would be like to be happily married. Been praying for a husband since I was a literal child and I'm 34 never been married 2 kids single and no options in sight. I may be single and alone for the rest if my life and I'm NOT ok with that ! This crushing loneliness causes me to be addicted to fantasy life and lusting and I don't think as long as I'm single it won't ever go away....
🤦Don't try dating sights, lol. I struggled for a while with being single and it does open the door wanting to be with someone and the longing and feeling of loneliness and even depression. The enemy will use that as a weapon against you to cause you to stumble and fall. And it's better to seek a deeper relationship with the Lord before actually entertaining a relationship with someone. Because if we can have a deeper relationship with our Heavenly Father and His Living Word and our prayer life then all our other relationships will be better. And an unbeliever is never going to see eye to eye with a believer, water and oil. Someone who's still in this fallen world is not going to understand someone who's been delivered out of this fallen world. The darkness cannot comprehend the Light. But also we will learn what to look for in a godly relationship that honors the Lord when we are in a closer relationship with the Lord.
Don't put a full stop on something you don't know can change. The God of the Bible is a God capable of doing anything and that includes setting you free from lust. You have to stop believing that you need a partner to fill this loneliness that we may have and that God can/will fill it. Remember Job, he lost everything but still was faithful to God, we must also be like him
The bug was a correction to her words not to run but to put your guard up, no fear don’t give in but to stand strong in your position of power. God worked through her to illustrate that in the moment with the bug perfect example of how to deal with lust… We need to learn and love the person not just the body she takes in his sins and he pays for hers.
Get baptised in Jesus name so the sin loses its power over you and then you are able to Walk in the Spirit. "This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh." God's Word of Truth, Galather 5, 16 Before I got baptise, my heart was broken and deeply damaged. My body started to have a great sinful desire, it was like a force over me I could not get rid off. And because of that I could not resist to watch p*rn but I did not wanted to. I was not able to resist temptations because I was under the power of sin (Romans 7). God showed me the solution, he told me I should get baptised in Jesus name and as I was baptised in Jesus name the power of sin was no more and the strong fleshy sinful desire was gone (Romans 6). I was able to not sin and still are able to resist all temptations as long as I walk in the Spirit (Romans 8). After some time I started to sin again because my flesh was awakened and I did not know why and ask God why. He showed me I need to believe that I am 100% pure in Jesus. I believed that because Jesus told his disciples they are already pure because of the words he spoke to them as he washed their feet. And after that God showed me I have to Walk in the Spirit by listen to obey the Holy Spirit. As I did that I again was free of the fleshly desires and could resist all temptations so I did not watched p*rn anymore. But after some time I have played a videogame the Holy Spirit showed me I should not play. And thus I did not walked in the spirit anymore and was not able to resist temptations again. So I watched p*rn again if I got tempted even a litte. But as I gave up the game and ask for forgiveness I then walked in the Spirit again and thus my body was made alive again so I do not have to sin anymore and are able to resist all temptations. It is all by grace not by works. "But if we confess our sins, he is trustworthy and right so that he can forgive us our sins and make us clean from all that is not right in us." = 1 John 9 It is true the Holy Spirit makes our bodies alive if we walk in the Spirit. If your flesh, meaning your emotions, thoughts or feelings, wants you to do something that is against God's Word, against something the Holy Spirit already showed you, then you should not listen to those evil spirits or you will stop walking in the Spirit and thus do something that is against God. You then will not be able to resist temptations anymore as long as you don't repent and ask for forgivenes (confess your sin). We do not fight against the flesh as children of God because Jesus won that fight for us. We fight against evil spirit = lies. Words are spirit, evil spirits are lies and mean words. And Satan is also able to manipulate your body from the outside so you might think it is your flesh but in reality it is not the flesh it is an evil spirit / demons who are attacking you. Sometimes God let them test your faith. Because if you want to do something for God the enemy will try to stop doing it and then you need to overcome them by belive in God's Word of Truth instead believing their lies and manipulations. For that we need to equip the armor of God (have faith and have the Word of God in our hearts not just in our mind, and to beat the enemy we need to speak the Word of God sometimes). We overcome lies and evil spirits with the Truth of God, God's Word = Jesus.
Maybe there's a way a guy's sex drive can be lowered / adjusted / chemically.....I hear anti depressants can cut back on lust. Also,, in my own life, getting older reduces testosterone. Actually, I think E.D. and lowered sex drive is pretty cool because now I control it, instead of it controlling me, which results in a neat sense of personal freedom and liberty.
I hate the things of the world and love jesus but I feel like I'm being attacked by the demonic spirit of lust. Especially in my sleep. Its really taking its toll on me. I plea the blood of Jesus over and over and im still being attacked. I think I need to fast and pray and just cut myself off of social media in general. Its hard family..but we need to flea and resist I pray for everyone struggling and being tormented by unclean spirits.
I used to battle with a sexual soul tie of lust from a past relationship that I got out of a some time ago. Plus I was exposed to porn movies and magazines when I was only 6 or 7 years old. I battle with list for many years and thank God a few months ago that spirt of lust left through prayer and fasting. I'm just focusing on God now and have no distractions.
Been struggling with this behind close doors heavily. Another thing I’ve experience is when the enemy can’t get you into watching corn, he’ll get you in your sleep. If he can’t get you in your sleep, all of a sudden there’s going to be people they’re “you’re type” popping up in real life around you.

I am still struggling with lust of the flesh i had no confidence to tell anyone about it after committing that sin i felt weak unworthy before God i feel that i shouldn't be part of his kingdom but am really trying my best to be stop it and really need prayers to overcome this sin 🙏
We all fall sometimes but don’t let the enemy try to deceive you and make you think your worthless. Ask God for forgiveness and continue to seek Him. Over time you will over come just stay strong and never give up on Jesus because He will never give up on you. I will be keeping you in prayer 🙏🏾

Amen. You’re anointed to teach. I like how you break down the Word and give us scripture to support what God has told you. We all have sin as stated in 1 John 1:8. So we all struggle and will struggle with our particular sins as long as we are living in this body of dust. But we do not follow those sins. We fall but we get back up. We walk according to the Spirit of God. As Paul said in Romans 8:1. So we are not condemned to be sin conscious if we are conscious of God. However, we all sin every day and that does not mean we are not serving God or we are not focused on God because some of our imperfections have yet to be revealed to us. For example, feeling unworthy because of falling short is a form of pride. But it took me years before God revealed this to me. We may have great victory over sin in one part of our life but we may have to grow in another part of our life that we are not aware of. I maybe able to overcome lust but when something bad happens I may struggle to trust in God. Romans 8: 23. Whatever is not of faith is of sin. We are not called to be fornicators and adulterers. Yet we all have committed these sins in our hearts. We just don’t live a lifestyle of it. We are covered by His blood so His grace abounds where we fall short. I am divorced after 17 years of being faithful to my ex wife. I followed God out of my marriage because I could never be who He says I am in that relationship. Now that I am healed and searching for another wife, because a wife must be found, it doesn’t mean that I am following my lust. I may come across a woman who is already taken and I am attracted to her. This doesn’t mean that I am not guided by the Holy Spirit. I will still be tested by God. When I find out she is not interested or she is taken I simply am no longer interested in her in that way. Maybe she is in my path to be ministered to or maybe she is simply a test and I dust myself off and move on. Although I do have lust I am most often consecrated to God. I am not walking in my own performance but in His sacrifice and grace. Im not blessed with the Holy Spirit because I am good because none of us are. To be interested in the opposite sex is not necessarily lust. In fact, God said be fruitful and multiply which implies sexual desire is something that He created. So when these things are done according to His will it is blessed. Sex is one of our greatest blessings when done in His will. Lust is the twisting and perversion of sex. Lust can lead to adultery, fornication, rape, homosexuality, etc. If you want a man or a woman just for sex then it is lust but if you would love them beyond sexual desire and God ordains it and brings you together then it is blessed by God to give them your passion. 1 Corinthian 7-1:16. So this means we all have passion unless you are like Saul/Paul. And most of us never killed christians so most of us wont have Paul’s calling to die single for Christ as he did. Some of us will be like Ruth or even Samson. Maybe like David. But we have all been called to follow Christ. Yet Christians marry, have sex, and God blesses it. It starts off as chemistry, but does it go beyond to mutual love and respect for one another? To live a holy life towards God? If the answer is no, then he or she is not the one. Don’t waste your time with a counterfeit when God has a blessed husband or wife out there for you. You mentioned social media which is a central tool of the great deception mentioned in the Bible. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12. The system that the prince of the power of the air has established is using all media to program people with lust/hyper sexuality because it is the quickest way to control the masses. They use it to sell things. But if you belong to God you know its deeper than that. Its really to keep us in the flesh to never be spiritually reborn. To make us think sex and pleasure is the pinnacle of existence. It also keeps us reproducing at an early age so the generational gap grows and the people are easier to control since they cannot relate to their elders who know better. Its easy to enslave people who are young and ignorant. Also, when you are not established and have children all you can think of is making it from check to check. The time needed to study God’s word is not a reality for some people trapped in the system. Or at least it has not entered their belief system. Its good for us to hear you teach about these things because we all struggle in this area of our life. Even if we have been in the Word for 20 years its still a battle. Even if we have overcame this temptation successfully for long periods of time we are still human. But that is why Christ died for us. Because we cant do it without Him. In fact, He did it all for us when he hung on that cross. We cannot add to it or take from it. Our obedience is just us paying back what he gave us on credit. Just our chance to show Him we love Him because He first loved us. May God forgive us and continue blessing us. May His Holy Spirit rest heavy on us to get us through whatever battles we face. May we have great victories over the enemy and may our life glorify God. Amen

Jesus helped me overcome lust recently but this helped have a breakthrough as I was listening I felt the final breakthrough (because there are like multiple strongholds(??? Is that the right word) that work together, and even though I repented and and asked for forgiveness, I still had a stronghold of desire, I can feel it, its like the opposite of being content, and I felt a breakthrough while listening just wanted to share that, & what helped me most (Jesus obviously but also) is that I gave it to god (because I had tried to fight lust (pornography addiction) on my own but I learned to pray differently cause I told God "you can deliver me from this, I can do nothing on my own, but by your merciful power I can overcome this, free me from this for !YOUR GLORY! and I placed my faith in him always praying in Jesus' mighty name. And instead of trying to fight sin I focused on giving in to God surrendering my will to him, and learning to submit more to him and now I'm trying to learn to become obedient to his word. My Christian counselor says that an addiction will never go away. I’ve had Pastors and family members pray for me. But any addiction can only be kept at bay. I’ve been free from watching for many years now. And when an image or object triggers the spirit of just to break through the chained doors, I immediately look somewhere else. Unfortunately, I’m pursuing other worldly things like, career certification that boosts salary, and I seek purchasing needless things, like 4k movies, video games, or a better memory foam mattress(when I can still sleep on a standard spring mattress), or more comfortable barstools instead of using hand me down barstools. I’m constantly seeking things to buy. I read daily bible verses, pray (thanking God), go to church, listen to gospel and even tried attending Christian counseling and support community groups, but I’ve come to realize that I’ll always be a sinner and it’s hopeless to fight against worldly desires.

In most cases people are not struggling with demon of lust but psychology, triggers in their environments and what they see. Some people dress in a way that stumble others. The fact is that Jesus said that “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies” in Mathew 15:19-20. God wants to fill our hearts with Himself and not these things. This reason is why Mathew 26:41 exists, prayerful life will help us not to fall into temptation. This kind of knowledge takes us to 2 Corinthians 5:17 where it says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.” God expect us be new. Because we are born of the spirit and we are now children of God, the new creation. Cc John 3:3. Here is where Bible tells us to walk in spirit so we may not walk in spirit [Romans 8:14]. And spirit brings life but flesh death. - Romans 8:5-9. So what’s the end to this, Galatians 5 tells us of the fruits of the flesh and those of the spirit. Among those of the flesh are: 👇🏼 Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; But the fruits of the spirit are: 👇🏼 love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control. In the end we see that walking in flesh gets us into lots of sins. Because there we are lukewarm. But in spirit it help us. That’s why we need Holy spiritual, we need daily prayers and word of God with an alter of worship, yes in spirit.

The bug was a correction to her words not to run but to put your guard up, no fear don’t give in but to stand strong in your position of power. God worked through her to illustrate that in the moment with the bug perfect example of how to deal with lust… We need to learn and love the person not just the body she takes in his sins and he pays for hers.

Get baptised in Jesus name so the sin loses its power over you and then you are able to Walk in the Spirit.
"This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh." God's Word of Truth, Galather 5, 16
Before I got baptise, my heart was broken and deeply damaged. My body started to have a great sinful desire, it was like a force over me I could not get rid off. And because of that I could not resist to watch p*rn but I did not wanted to. I was not able to resist temptations because I was under the power of sin (Romans 7). God showed me the solution, he told me I should get baptised in Jesus name and as I was baptised in Jesus name the power of sin was no more and the strong fleshy sinful desire was gone (Romans 6). I was able to not sin and still are able to resist all temptations as long as I walk in the Spirit (Romans 8).
After some time I started to sin again because my flesh was awakened and I did not know why and ask God why. He showed me I need to believe that I am 100% pure in Jesus. I believed that because Jesus told his disciples they are already pure because of the words he spoke to them as he washed their feet. And after that God showed me I have to Walk in the Spirit by listen to obey the Holy Spirit. As I did that I again was free of the fleshly desires and could resist all temptations so I did not watched p*rn anymore.
But after some time I have played a videogame the Holy Spirit showed me I should not play. And thus I did not walked in the spirit anymore and was not able to resist temptations again.
So I watched p*rn again if I got tempted even a litte. But as I gave up the game and ask for forgiveness I then walked in the Spirit again and thus my body was made alive again so I do not have to sin anymore and are able to resist all temptations. It is all by grace not by works.
"But if we confess our sins, he is trustworthy and right so that he can forgive us our sins and make us clean from all that is not right in us." = 1 John 9
It is true the Holy Spirit makes our bodies alive if we walk in the Spirit.
If your flesh, meaning your emotions, thoughts or feelings, wants you to do something that is against God's Word, against something the Holy Spirit already showed you, then you should not listen to those evil spirits or you will stop walking in the Spirit and thus do something that is against God. You then will not be able to resist temptations anymore as long as you don't repent and ask for forgivenes (confess your sin).
We do not fight against the flesh as children of God because Jesus won that fight for us. We fight against evil spirit = lies. Words are spirit, evil spirits are lies and mean words.
And Satan is also able to manipulate your body from the outside so you might think it is your flesh but in reality it is not the flesh it is an evil spirit / demons who are attacking you. Sometimes God let them test your faith. Because if you want to do something for God the enemy will try to stop doing it and then you need to overcome them by belive in God's Word of Truth instead believing their lies and manipulations.
For that we need to equip the armor of God (have faith and have the Word of God in our hearts not just in our mind, and to beat the enemy we need to speak the Word of God sometimes). We overcome lies and evil spirits with the Truth of God, God's Word = Jesus.
Maybe there's a way a guy's sex drive can be lowered / adjusted / chemically.....I hear anti depressants can cut back on lust. Also,, in my own life, getting older reduces testosterone. Actually, I think E.D. and lowered sex drive is pretty cool because now I control it, instead of it controlling me, which results in a neat sense of personal freedom and liberty.
I hate the things of the world and love jesus but I feel like I'm being attacked by the demonic spirit of lust. Especially in my sleep. Its really taking its toll on me. I plea the blood of Jesus over and over and im still being attacked. I think I need to fast and pray and just cut myself off of social media in general.
Its hard family..but we need to flea and resist I pray for everyone struggling and being tormented by unclean spirits.

I used to battle with a sexual soul tie of lust from a past relationship that I got out of a some time ago. Plus I was exposed to porn movies and magazines when I was only 6 or 7 years old. I battle with list for many years and thank God a few months ago that spirt of lust left through prayer and fasting. I'm just focusing on God now and have no distractions.

Been struggling with this behind close doors heavily. Another thing I’ve experience is when the enemy can’t get you into watching corn, he’ll get you in your sleep. If he can’t get you in your sleep, all of a sudden there’s going to be people they’re “you’re type” popping up in real life around you.

Amen. You’re anointed to teach. I like how you break down the Word and give us scripture to support what God has told you.
We all have sin as stated in 1 John 1:8. So we all struggle and will struggle with our particular sins as long as we are living in this body of dust. But we do not follow those sins. We fall but we get back up. We walk according to the Spirit of God. As Paul said in Romans 8:1. So we are not condemned to be sin conscious if we are conscious of God.
However, we all sin every day and that does not mean we are not serving God or we are not focused on God because some of our imperfections have yet to be revealed to us.
For example, feeling unworthy because of falling short is a form of pride. But it took me years before God revealed this to me.
We may have great victory over sin in one part of our life but we may have to grow in another part of our life that we are not aware of. I maybe able to overcome lust but when something bad happens I may struggle to trust in God. Romans 8: 23. Whatever is not of faith is of sin.
We are not called to be fornicators and adulterers. Yet we all have committed these sins in our hearts. We just don’t live a lifestyle of it. We are covered by His blood so His grace abounds where we fall short.
I am divorced after 17 years of being faithful to my ex wife. I followed God out of my marriage because I could never be who He says I am in that relationship. Now that I am healed and searching for another wife, because a wife must be found, it doesn’t mean that I am following my lust. I may come across a woman who is already taken and I am attracted to her. This doesn’t mean that I am not guided by the Holy Spirit. I will still be tested by God. When I find out she is not interested or she is taken I simply am no longer interested in her in that way. Maybe she is in my path to be ministered to or maybe she is simply a test and I dust myself off and move on.
Although I do have lust I am most often consecrated to God. I am not walking in my own performance but in His sacrifice and grace. Im not blessed with the Holy Spirit because I am good because none of us are.
To be interested in the opposite sex is not necessarily lust. In fact, God said be fruitful and multiply which implies sexual desire is something that He created. So when these things are done according to His will it is blessed. Sex is one of our greatest blessings when done in His will.
Lust is the twisting and perversion of sex. Lust can lead to adultery, fornication, rape, homosexuality, etc.
If you want a man or a woman just for sex then it is lust but if you would love them beyond sexual desire and God ordains it and brings you together then it is blessed by God to give them your passion. 1 Corinthian 7-1:16. So this means we all have passion unless you are like Saul/Paul. And most of us never killed christians so most of us wont have Paul’s calling to die single for Christ as he did. Some of us will be like Ruth or even Samson. Maybe like David. But we have all been called to follow Christ. Yet Christians marry, have sex, and God blesses it. It starts off as chemistry, but does it go beyond to mutual love and respect for one another? To live a holy life towards God?
If the answer is no, then he or she is not the one. Don’t waste your time with a counterfeit when God has a blessed husband or wife out there for you.
You mentioned social media which is a central tool of the great deception mentioned in the Bible. 2 Thessalonians 2:3-12. The system that the prince of the power of the air has established is using all media to program people with lust/hyper sexuality because it is the quickest way to control the masses. They use it to sell things. But if you belong to God you know its deeper than that. Its really to keep us in the flesh to never be spiritually reborn. To make us think sex and pleasure is the pinnacle of existence. It also keeps us reproducing at an early age so the generational gap grows and the people are easier to control since they cannot relate to their elders who know better. Its easy to enslave people who are young and ignorant. Also, when you are not established and have children all you can think of is making it from check to check. The time needed to study God’s word is not a reality for some people trapped in the system. Or at least it has not entered their belief system.
Its good for us to hear you teach about these things because we all struggle in this area of our life. Even if we have been in the Word for 20 years its still a battle. Even if we have overcame this temptation successfully for long periods of time we are still human. But that is why Christ died for us. Because we cant do it without Him. In fact, He did it all for us when he hung on that cross. We cannot add to it or take from it. Our obedience is just us paying back what he gave us on credit. Just our chance to show Him we love Him because He first loved us.
May God forgive us and continue blessing us. May His Holy Spirit rest heavy on us to get us through whatever battles we face. May we have great victories over the enemy and may our life glorify God. Amen

Jesus helped me overcome lust recently but this helped have a breakthrough as I was listening I felt the final breakthrough (because there are like multiple strongholds(??? Is that the right word) that work together, and even though I repented and and asked for forgiveness, I still had a stronghold of desire, I can feel it, its like the opposite of being content, and I felt a breakthrough while listening just wanted to share that, & what helped me most (Jesus obviously but also) is that I gave it to god (because I had tried to fight lust (pornography addiction) on my own but I learned to pray differently cause I told God "you can deliver me from this, I can do nothing on my own, but by your merciful power I can overcome this, free me from this for !YOUR GLORY! and I placed my faith in him always praying in Jesus' mighty name. And instead of trying to fight sin I focused on giving in to God surrendering my will to him, and learning to submit more to him and now I'm trying to learn to become obedient to his word. Shalom shalom In Jesus mighty name brothers and sisters ❤

My Christian counselor says that an addiction will never go away. I’ve had Pastors and family members pray for me. But any addiction can only be kept at bay. I’ve been free from watching for many years now. And when an image or object triggers the spirit of just to break through the chained doors, I immediately look somewhere else. Unfortunately, I’m pursuing other worldly things like, career certification that boosts salary, and I seek purchasing needless things, like 4k movies, video games, or a better memory foam mattress(when I can still sleep on a standard spring mattress), or more comfortable barstools instead of using hand me down barstools. I’m constantly seeking things to buy. I read daily bible verses, pray (thanking God), go to church, listen to gospel and even tried attending Christian counseling and support community groups, but I’ve come to realize that I’ll always be a sinner and it’s hopeless to fight against worldly desires.
Im so glad for hearing all this things. GOD bless you all the time and your family. My lord protect all the world here on earth give them happiness love and forgive them. And the people who are mourning may feel that they persons are there protected and blessed and forgiven and may be like this. GOD protect my family my friends and my relationship In Jesus Mighty Name GOD forgive me Amen

In most cases people are not struggling with demon of lust but psychology, triggers in their environments and what they see. Some people dress in a way that stumble others.
The fact is that Jesus said that “For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies” in Mathew 15:19-20.
God wants to fill our hearts with Himself and not these things.
This reason is why Mathew 26:41 exists, prayerful life will help us not to fall into temptation.
This kind of knowledge takes us to 2 Corinthians 5:17 where it says, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”
God expect us be new. Because we are born of the spirit and we are now children of God, the new creation. Cc John 3:3.
Here is where Bible tells us to walk in spirit so we may not walk in spirit [Romans 8:14]. And spirit brings life but flesh death. - Romans 8:5-9.
So what’s the end to this, Galatians 5 tells us of the fruits of the flesh and those of the spirit.
Among those of the flesh are:

Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are: adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like;
But the fruits of the spirit are:

love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control.
In the end we see that walking in flesh gets us into lots of sins. Because there we are lukewarm. But in spirit it help us. That’s why we need Holy spiritual, we need daily prayers and word of God with an alter of worship, yes in spirit.
