It is dry as heck rice (not even biryani)and mutton is very chewy. The early morning thing is a gimmick now. They should maybe start normal whole day biryani then maybe they make it more tender and juicy.

Since it is Kunal's team your team should be able find local food bloggers (Maharashtrians, South, Gujarat & other states). In short, where ever you shoot hire local language speaking food bloggers. I hope next time you will incorporate my suggestion.
the only issue is that the local of that particular place will be tasting the food he/she has been tasting what we can do instead is get a local blogger to go with us appreciate your suggestion though thx 😊
